The customer service is always great. Sandy is very friendly and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. We have dry cleaning done here 2-3 times per month and they do a fantastic job. We've also had large blankets laundered. I think the prices are reasonable, they charge the same amount for everything, it's just billed by number of items. The shop itself could use a bit of a facelift, but other than that I'm a happy customer! read more

Do not go here! This place is really bad!!! They charged $13 to press and clean shirts. I had them do several polos and they ended up shrinking 3 from XL to youth small. I mean I couldn't even get them on. One that did go one, the bottom was well above my belly button. When I brought them back to have the manager address the issue, he called and left a message that he stretched them all out and that is a requirement for all polyester. Are you kidding me? These shirts were so far gone, no amount of stretching was going to salvage them. Not only did he not reimburse me for the damage caused, he wouldn't even reimburse me for the cost I paid him to ruin my shirts. F this place and I will be sure to let everyone know this. To add, all the other clothes they pressed had an insane amount of static. I have dry cleaned my clothes for a very long time, this was the first and last time I'll go here. read more

Cascade Cleaners burned several of my shirts during their ironing process. They did reimburse me, but only after going back three times and showing the burn marks to Sandy the manager. In another instance, I took a suit jacket in that needed some buttons fixed. The replacement buttons on the sleeve were too big, overlapped each other, and were the wrong colors. I've been going to Cascade Cleaners for the past 5 years. It's conveniently positioned in the Century Village shopping center. Theres always parking available and store hours always makes it convenient for early and late drop off and pick ups. My laundry is typically ready in 48 hours and they are able to dry clean a wide range of items from clothing, blankets, formal wear etc. I primarily do business with Cascade Cleaners because of the team. Sandy and her team are always very pleasant. Sandy goes out of her way to insure customer service is always top priority. I highly recommend Cascade Cleaners. read more

It rained out entire wedding day at our summer camp wedding venue and my wedding dress was TRASHED - all mud. Cascade cleaners made it look absolutely brand new - I was shocked and so impressed! We stopped briefly in this business's parking lot today to deal with an issue concerning a young child inside our vehicle. We had family members in the vehicle, it was never parked in front of or even near this business...we were the middle of a wide open empty parking lot. A woman who appeared to be the owner of this place came running out and screamed, actually chasing us of the parking lot because she thought we were visiting another nearby business. Took my wedding dress and husband's suit after our wedding to get cleaned, they did an amazing job! My dress was black on the bottom when I dropped it off, now it looks like it was never worn! I have to say the people here are lovely, but I was shocked today when I went to pick up my drycleaning and I was charged $10.45 per men's shirt for laundering and $10.45 for drycleaning men's pants. The pants I guess is easier to swallow, but $10.45 for laundering a shirt seemed super high. Really bummed because I really likes the people there, super friendly, but I can't pay those prices! read more

Sandy was most responsive and followed through on an issue I had with a nice blouse. She even took the blouse herself to Bend Alterations to have the part of the blouse that was ruined replaced. I dropped off two dresses, both with spots I was hoping they could get out. Not only did they not get either stain out, the hem came out on one of them and they still charged $15 to clean (and partially destroy) it. Just picked up two more pieces, both of which appear wrinkled... When I'm paying $10-15 to launder a piece, it should come back looking crisp. read more

Recently, they helped me with a special project when I thought I had ruined a dress while trying to repair a dress of my daughter's with a hidden zipper.
