Rude and greedy. The woman charged me for dry cleaning when I asked for clothes to be laundered. With a lot of attitude, she insisted that my shirts were silk and had to be dry cleaned. The tags said they were machine washable polynosic and polyester material.... not silk. I told her the same shirts had been laundered a dozen times in the past at different cleaners because they weren't silk. She actually told me that she didn't care about hurting my shirts and that she only cared about damaging her heat press. Not believing me is one thing but not following the instructions on the clothing tags is just pathetic. She couldn't care less about repeat business so go anywhere else. read more

I'm overdue in writing a review for these folks. They provide excellent service at a very fair price. This is the only dry cleaner we use in Bend. They'll take care of your regular dry cleaning needs without a problem. They deserve extra credit for going above and beyond to make the customer happy. I stupidly wore an old but favorite fleece jacket while cleaning up pine needles and got pine gunk on it. By rights I should have just thrown it out. I explained what happened asked them to try to get it clean. They warned me that it probably wasn't going to come out too well but were willing to try. They ran it through the regular dry cleaning process then when I came to pick it up they were manually going over the jacket by hand with solvent removing the rest of the pine junk. The jacket is fine now. I don't know how much time they put into the jacket but I am sure that it was a lot. They didn't charge any extra. They could very easily either just not taken on the job or giving me the jacket back after the normal dry cleaning cycle. They knew the jacket was important to me and they really went the extra mile to get it clean for me. With cold weather coming soon I'll be wearing that jacket nearly every day. I wish I could give these guys even more than 5 stars. They deserve your business. read more

I cannot thank Cascade Cleaners enough! We realized my wedding dress was incredibly wrinkled the night before my wedding. I called Cascade Cleaners the morning of and they had my dress ready in two hours. They gave lots of tips on how to keep the dress nice before the wedding and even gave me a bag of safety pins just in case someone in the wedding party needed them. read more
