Although we do not (currently) possess a membership, we were invited to our son's friend's birthday party here over the weekend, and after seeing all of the features and services offered here, there's a solid possibility of that changing in the very near future! Multiple gyms, courts (indoor and outdoor), pools (again, indoor and outdoor), splash pads and water features, cafés (indoor and...you guessed it: outdoor!) serving surprisingly decent food and drinks for...surprisingly affordable prices! Beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks available pool side, as well as pizza, hot dogs, chips, salsa, quesadillas, ice cream (Dippin' deez Dots!) and other light snacks. A grill next to the splash pad's entrance gate can be rented for birthdays and similar events. Our boys (all four of them, including our newborn, who had his first ever pool swim here!) had a complete blast in the outdoor water park. We spent a good three+ hours during the party, and they never tired of it; if they weren't eating burgers, hot dogs or cake, they were in the pool, making liberal use of the water slide, or frolicking about among the springs, sprinklers and other water features. I'm not sure if they offer a day-use pass for non-members, but I am very tempted to find out, try it out, and if the rest of the features are as spectacular as the water park, a family membership is likely in the cards. It's a little out of the way, but rarely have I before encountered such a clean, extensive, comprehensive, and family-friendly establishment, with this many attractions, all in one campus. Fantastic facility, all around! A veritable temple of fitness that would make Hermes proud!

Gym ceiling

Update: 3 months later the ceiling is still leaking and the entire upstairs smells like poop and mold. Maintenance here and the owner is an absolute joke. I pay 120 dollars a month to get dirty water dripped on me and inhale mold. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT COME HERE.

GREAT GYM just add an arcade game room and a rock-climbing wall and it is great!

Ask the Community - Cascade Athletic Clubs

Seriously, what are the membership fees? Is there a discount for couples. It's there a month-month option?

Hi Scott. I'm sorry we do not monitor Yelp so not on top of answers. We do provide a discount for couples - there are also multiple types of memberships to choose from. We would be happy to provide clarity on all of this through text, email, phone… Read more

I'm not really rating Cascade AC on the whole in this review but rather their policy or lack…read morethereof. I enjoy swimming and Cascade has the best pool in the area so participation here is a matter of limited selection. My problem is the lack of policy/signs/refereeing something that keeps inconsiderate lane swimmers in line. Cascade has no posted policy or signs that direct how people should behave when there are others waiting for a lane. Since there are numerous older adults that seem to have developed blindness because they don't 'see' people waiting nor do they ask anyone. Instead, they see someone getting out of the pool and head directly to the lane that just opened up simply not caring that others are waiting. Most people seem to want to avoid conflict so nothing gets said empowering those who are already feel privileged enough to just jump in. Then there's me. I will say something and I might not be nice about it because your rudeness put you in my path. So, lane cutters if you can't turn to those waiting and ask then expect to get called out or for me to jump in 'your' lane. I simply won't stand for your rude behavior or whatever excuse you have for being like you are. As for Cascade - this on you. You have no policy, no guidance and no monitoring leaving us adults to police themselves. Fortunately, most do an exceptional job of policing themselves and have decency and courtesy. However, there are some that don't possess decency and probably have limited self-control when confronted about their behavior that could lead to an altercation between parties. If this were to happen to me you can bet that I would seeing you in court... And, while you are pondering this matter please scrub the pool! It's filthy. The walls and floor of the pool are coated in brown slime that cause slip when trying to push off. P.S. this also applies to those that are in a lane and invite someone that just shows up to join them instead of the next person in line as it should be. Friends don't get a free pass to the head of the line.

The recent upgrades and ongoing maintenance make for a comfortable and enjoyable experience…read more Staff friendliness is at a high level and rate this club as a safe place for all.
