The tacos were just okay, of course the shells fell apart. The rice was not so good, the beans were okay. The salsa bar was kind of messy.

My gripe was that this completely self-serve operation was the epitome of how our tip-friendly culture was out of control. Anyway, all that said, it appears they're reading their reviews because... No tips requested anymore! Thanks, Menchie's. And I can totally dig your tip jar off to the side, I mean, the occasional dollar bill can bring a smile to an hourly employee. Speaking of employees, I've enjoyed them during recent visits, the store has been clean and presentable. Most importantly, I like where these froyo flavors are headed: sour. I'm a big sour candy fan, and nearly a third of the froyo wander that direction nowdays, sour apple, pomegranate. Top 'em with fresh kiwi and raspberry, Now & Later shavings (yes!), some sour worms, bam, summer is officially tastier.

They even let me sample some flavors that I was deciding between as well. I meant..it was just so hard to decide which ones to get...since I only have limited spacec in my stomach..but so many more enticing flavors to choose from! I settled with a double scoop: a green chile pinon scoop and a cran (berry rose)mary scoop. Dang..the scoops were big and generous..and the taste were so wonderful! I especially loved the green chile pinon. It does have some spicy kick to it..but wow...so unique and I loved it so much that the next time I'm going to have this scoop and try another wonderful flavor! Lots of parking in the lot. The space was clean ans welcoming! I just cannot wait to stop by again. Even today..I debated whether I should stop by for the second day in a row..but..hey..I have to try to be good and not have lots of awesome icecream when my new year's resolution (which I will likely fail) is to have more self restraint on eating yummy food!

The Holy Cannoli was really good since it had a rich and creamy base and was well-balanced with sweetness and tanginess. The Red Velvet was good, although it really didn't taste like typical red velvet to me. There are many flavors offered and I think they rotate them depending on the season or trying out new items. They don't allow you to sample, which isn't great. The place has a nice aesthetic and I appreciate the indoor and outdoor seating available.

I really liked the fun feeling...like a kid being in a candy store..except..this one was an ice cream shop! There were so many flavors to pick from....except it was hard to decide as there weren't images/glass window for me to see what the ice cream looked like (granted, they had a note posting that we could feel free to ask for tasting first!). I ended up ordering a hot fudge brownie sundae, with a baklava ice cream and pistachio heath. The price was VERY reasonable...and the serving was just huge...definitely way larger than what I was expecting. Now, I only gave it 3 stars..just because I felt the flavors could have been stronger...and I somehow found the ice cream to be wayyyyy too sweet that the sweetness came first as a flavor and kind of hid the actual flavor of the ice cream. I ended up throwing out 1/3 of the serving..because I couldn't really finish all the large serving they had..and felt it was wayyy too sweet for me. Parking is tight...so be mindful if you are stopping by around peak time after dinner/on a weekend!

What was even better was the taste of both the Gyro and the feta fries. As you can see from the photo the Gyro was stuffed full of meat and other goodies while the feta fries were plentiful and all covered with sauce and seasonings. Absolutely delicious. I can't comment on the ambience because I got delivery, as usual. But the delivery went smoothly, and as stated above, the presentation of the food was stellar. I also had a second order from them about six weeks later that I ordered with several friends. Again, the food's presentation was appealing, and the food was great. My friends also indicated that their salad and Mediterranean sampler were delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and I don't think you'll be disappointed if you do the same.

Having the brewery across the street and lots of door dash orders meant that dining in orders took a lot longer than we anticipated.
