This was a bush and tree trim and blowing of the front and back yard ( desert landscape no grass). The bushes are not cut evenly. The cleanup after everything was horrible. My mom is 73 years old and meticulous with her yard. Her front yard tree sheds pods once a year. She has had multiple gardeners over the years and every one of them have done a fantastic job. This is the first time I've seen anything like this where pods are still in the yard, and when he was asked to please blow the front yard to get all the pods, she was told "well we can't get them all". During the time of the estimate he told her to please pay through Zelle. When he was done with the yard today, he actually came to the door and asked for paymen when it had already been paid. She went out and had to do cleanup work after they were done. She is so upset paying $150 for this and still having to do yard work in 100+ degree heat. She fired them by text.

I was mortified about how bad my yard was (house had been vacant quite awhile and I live out of state) and he didn't make me feel judged at all. He gave me a very fair quote and they were able to start the next day, which was awesome because I was only in town for a couple days. I expected the job to take a couple days, but they worked hard and fast and got it done in less than a day. Jose, Jose Jr, and Jorge were all very friendly, fast, efficient, and definitely take pride in their work. They even did extra stuff that I wasn't expecting! I will be calling them to get on their monthly maintenance schedule and for future landscaping projects, like laying down landscaping cloth and bringing in more rocks.
