I love that they offer a casual dine-in experience. My favorite thing on the menu continues to be the Picanha plate platter. I recently went with a friend who tried the chicken sandwich and I tried the queso tacos. He said the chicken sandwich was delicious. The queso tacos were good but I would have liked the meat in smaller pieces inside the taco. Not a big deal though. I also ordered a side of fries. Huge fan of their fries and their green creamy, side sauce. I'll continue to come by. I love it here!

That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference and honestly turned our night around. It felt like they cared about making sure we had a good time, not just getting another table seated. Tip to Caroline, don't wait until I have food in my mouth to ask me how everything is and walk away before I can answer. You did this a second time and walked away before I could answer. I can't think of any way to convey that you don't care than ignore your patrons. I don't recommend. Go next door to Gen KBBQ or pay extra and hit Gaucho Galpao or Fogo de Chao. Salad bar was great and really liked the lobster bisque which I don't think I've had here before. Our server was very attentive and on top of his stuff. Always making sure we were good and if we wanted to request specific meats. Although I have been here a few times before, I don't know all the meats available or their names off memory, so a meat menu would have been nice when trying to give him a response. Only slight negative was one of the main meat servers was a little impatient, when they're all usually very accommodating. When I asked for a specific piece to cut from, he actually muttered "they're all the same" which was surprising to hear, when it's usually whatever we want they accommodate. The slice he gave me was pretty much raw, after telling him I wanted a medium rare with some crispy fat piece lol. I couldn't eat it and feel like the meat overall wasn't as special as it usually is across the board, and therefore I ate a lot less than I normally would have. The beef ribs were the best. His shirt also smelled mildewy so that was just another off putting thing that I never noticed here before. It is hot in Vegas and he was working hard, so I give some empathy, but it was only 1pm so most likely he just didn't wash his shirt. It's the guy with biceps and tattoos in case a manager is wondering. Again... he was working hard but if this type of thing continues (with attitude) people like me will start coming here less. The meat service in general felt a little rushed, and with that the dining experience suffered a bit. I think you can be expeditious and available without making the diner feel rushed, which is how it's been in the past. Overall still an enjoyable time and most things were good. Would still recommend and return but thought those other things should be mentioned.

Horrible--just a horrible experience…read more The food was good, but I can't say the same about the service. Our server didn't listen to what I wanted. I signed up for their so-called VIP program because the website prompted me to claim the 25% first-time guest offer. I even called ahead to confirm it, and when we arrived, I asked again and was told it would be honored. In the end, I never received the 25% discount. At that point, it wasn't even about the money--it was the principle. The manager refused to honor the offer. To make things worse, it was my friend's birthday. She had also signed up for the VIP program, yet they refused to honor her birthday discount as well. Horrible. Just horrible. We will never come back. I hope saving 25% was worth losing a customer and earning an honest negative review.

Walked in and even though we had reservation for 5:30pm, the host accommodated us. We had our choice of where to sit and we picked a table by the window. Nice restaurant with high ceiling, warm decor and a small wine glass cellar that you can see from most anywhere you sit in the restaurant. The moment we arrived to the moment we left, service was amazing. Timo was a waiter and was so attentive to us. Great recommendations and we enjoyed it all. Our water glasses and water bottle on the table were never empty. Timo and support staff were great. You have a few AYCE options and we did the $65pp. The first 3 items on this menu are only provided once while the rest of the food menu is unlimited. You have 90mins to dine. We actually only ordered up to 2 on a few items as we actually did get pretty full. The appetizer size food items were all flavorful and most served on crostini. Some were savory amd refreshing. Great sauces to complement the fish or meat. We had 3 dessert options. We did the cheesecake and the white chocolate pudding. Omfg, loving the rich creaminess of the pudding with sea salt sprinkled and topped with tiny roasted marshmallows. The cheesecake is not served with anything but it's not plain at all. It's beautifully buttery and light. 2 things that stood out: The chef came out to chat with us which was so enjoyable. The food and service were already great and the chef's attention to each table was a topper. Timo, our waiter cleaned our table of crumbs and provided new folks and napkins so that we can enjoy dessert. We appreciated that. All went well and we will visit again. Totally recommend ADB!
