We were immediately impressed by the intimate elegance of the venue. The decor was engaging and thematic. The menu options were limited but we were pleased by the unique offerings. The Tamarindo appetizer was an artistic creation filled with festive flavors. For entrees, my wife and I enjoyed the Huanchinango (red snapper) on a slice of corn bread in a delightful sauce. We encountered a small issue with our entrees which our waiter quickly resolved with professionalism and grace. We were not made to feel awkward for having raised the issue. The resolution of the issue exceeded our expectations. The White Educadorian Chocolate dessert was a dream bringing together caramel corn, berry sauce, and white chocolate together in a heavenly way. The chilled chocolate in room temperature sauce made for a pleasing sensory experience. When vacationing in Las Vegas again, we plan to return!
