Cute little restaurant, clean interior and a lot of space. The menu recently was condensed according to the owners as they needed to make it simple. Staff overall was friendly, but was slightly lacking when asked what was in the fried rice as I wasn't sure what Peruvian style meant. She just said it was similar to chinese style, which I wasnt sure was made intentionally as a comment simply because I was an Asian individual. That being said, the Lomo Soltado was good but a bit pricey in comparison. It came out rather on the saltier side but the umami flavours from the soy sauce base was present. The meat was cooked well, medium rare. The spring onions and red onions with tomatoes made it a nice touch but did end up oily and salty, which needed something more than the rice to cut it off. Their chicken was dry, which is why I gave it less stars as well for the review.

I was craving Peruvian food and realized I hadn't tried this spot yet. The decor and space is so cute! I love it. Staff were so pleasant. I ended up getting 1/2chicken with fries and a salad and my goodness, the fries are seasoned soooo well! Just amazing. The chicken, perfect. I can't wait to come back and try the lomo saltado. Washed it down with an Inca Cola. This is very authentic and I'm so happy!

Came on a Friday night, and there was just one other group eating. We were quickly seated, and the service was fantastic all night long. This spot is super clean, the interior design is bright and inviting. They have a soothing white/light green decor that almost fits a hip/girly cafe haha. Lomo Saltado- a la carte order is $25. They currently have a "Special" where you can get 2 Lomo Saltados + 2 Beers for $40. That's honestly a great price! Plus, Lomo Saltado is usually my go-to at Peruvian restaurants, so that was just a huge plus. Their beer selection includes Dos Equis, Michelob Ultra, and Stella Artois. Their individual menu items are a little on the pricier side, but their current special was a fantastic deal. Lomo Saltado (9/10. Actually so good.) - Good portion size! I went in hungry, and went out very satisfied. Definitely enough food to satisfy when you're hungry - Flavor was SOOO GOOD!!!! This is honestly probably the best Lomo Saltado I've ever had. The sauce they used is thick, rich, packed with deep umami flavor - The beef they used was fantastic quality, cooked to a perfect medium, and super tender to the bite. Awesome quality of meat. - steak fries, green onion, red onion, tomatoes, and a side of white rice. All were top-notch and absolutely delicious. Additionally, Friday and Saturday night are both karaoke evenings! They open until midnight, have a computer and a mic available. Since we were the only group there that evening, we enjoyed singing a couple songs with a very supportive and encouraging staff. Overall, a fantastic and enjoyable evening! Would definitely like to come back.

The flavor was good but it's definitely not a traditional papa a la huancaina. that my boyfriend wanted.

The service was great, the place is cute and clean. The lomo saltado was good but The Downfall was the papa a la Huancaina; it was not traditionally made. It was fried potatoes with the sauce on top with added cheese instead of the hard boiled egg and lettuce. They don't serve bottle water. No desserts or passion fruit juice available.

Really good food and superb service. Restaurant staff have good picks and recommendations for anyone who is not sure where to start. They recommended their current special deal right now, 2 lomo saltados + 2 beers for $40, and it did NOT disappoint!

You walk in and the first thing you feel is the cleanliness, which is the most important thing for me to eat comfortably. You seat yourself wherever you'd like and the server comes to greet you with a menu and to grab your drink order. The service is attentive and the food is authentic. It's one of the best lomo saltados I've had!

    Yum! Cooked to perfection

Been wanting to try this place & the food is very good, especially the Lomo Saltado! We also tried the Jalea & it was OK. The cook brought out the dipping sauce half way thru our dinner, much tastier with the sauce! However, the service need improvement. We understood that our server was not the usual server, but we were the only ones in the restaurant. Started out good with him making some suggestions, but then we didn't see him for 10 mins...no water, nothing. We will go again & see if the service is better next time, because of the food, want to try some other items. Also very nice decor!

Technically its the 3rd time there but Yelp removed my first review because it was negative, lol (1 star) didn't say anything bad, just that the place was cashless and I didn't know and ordered my drinks and then couldn't pay for them. Anyways, today I went in armed with my credit card but they closed at 3, temporary hours, the doors were open and the girl still let me order because I was a few mins before 3.... but no warning on their website... She made me an Iced sea salt latte... $8 for the tiny size (12oz) because they ran out of the large cups. lol I knew I wasn't going back at that moment but I tried the drink which was OK... Not sweet, just OK much like the last drink I had here, maybe as my cousin's drink got better as it sat, this one will too, I don't know, I will update if that happens but I am taking it off the list for myself, kind of sad because as someone who is Plant based (I eat eggs and honey but no dairy) its nice to have a place where you can go in and order and not stress about dairy. The server was super nice (Dark haired)

Every visit has been a great experience, and it's one of those places I actually look forward to coming back to. The menu has a really good variety, whether you're in the mood for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Everything I've ordered has been fresh and delicious, but I have to give a special shoutout to the Chicken Caesar Salad. It is genuinely one of the best I've had from any café. The ingredients always taste fresh, the portions are satisfying, and it's become my go-to order. The drinks are just as impressive. They're consistently well-made, and you can tell the staff actually cares about the quality of what they're serving. The atmosphere is another reason I love coming here. It's clean, welcoming, and has a cozy environment that's perfect whether you're stopping by for a quick drink or planning to stay for a while. I also have to recognize Grace, who is absolutely wonderful. She's incredibly kind, welcoming, and always makes customers feel appreciated. Employees like her are a huge reason people become regular customers! Overall, Tru Bru is the kind of local coffee shop I love supporting. I did not expect to come in and leave paying over $30 with the tip for coffee and scones. The service was friendly and we did get our drinks quickly. The Signature Bad Owl's Brew was actually delicious! The butterscotch flavor reminded us so much of butterbeer, and it's easy to see why it's one of their signature drinks. I decided to sit inside and although they were busy, I was thankfully able to find a table. It's very clean and brightly decorated inside. Quite a few of their specialty lattes sounded good, but I ultimately decided on the Crème brûlée latte, iced with almond milk. While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. When you enter the place, the the bright colorful theme doesn't stop there, lots of artwork on the walls that definitely has a wool laid back vibe. They have a big bookshelf with board games and books, inviting you to sit down and pull up our chair and relax with a cup of coffee or one of their smoothies. Speaking of seating, there are multiple tables and easy chairs. Okay as well as velvet covered benches throughout the establishment, while it's small, they maximize their space really well. I ordered a Irish cream lot a which was one of their specialties, along with a Nutella filled croissant. Both are absolutely wonderful, very tasty and hit the spot perfectly. This seems to be a pretty busy location, as I have seen multiple cars parked in the parking lot in the early morning. But don't let that get you down, it is definitely worth the wait if you have to. This is the Henderson branch of Coffee Religion located on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. There was ample parking outside and a cozy atmosphere inside. They recently rebranded to Coffee Religion Reading Room and added shelves and shelves of books to the store space. It uplifted the space tremendously and made me feel like I was in a New York style cafe. They have also recently collaborated with LEEV and offer a variety of matcha drinks. We were able to accomplish this and spent about 3 hours here. We never felt pressured to hurry or leave. We ordered our food, including a ham and cheese croissant and a smoked salmon sandwich. The food was fresh and delicious. Both of our sandwiches were served with a side of chips that were sprinkled with furikake seasoning. The ham and cheese croissant was a nice savory contrast to the sweet drinks. The smoked salmon sandwich had a bit of a spicy kick. My friend ordered a matcha and really liked it. I could actually taste the flavors versus just tasting the coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We purchased some merchandise including stickers and bags.
