I have been very pleased with this center because of all the care he has received.Th nurses and people who work there really seem caring and attend to his medical needs. My dad has been in another that was truly a nightmare. Now that he is here I can sleep at night with assurance there is not an abusive back ground. Do your home work well when your parent needs short term rehab because so many are run by the state and could actually do harm.

Upon entering Sunnyview we were pleasantly welcomed by wonderful nurses, staff, and the most fabulous PT, OT, and Speech therapists one could ask for! So dedicated were all of them! Orchestrating the journey along the way was our admirable social worker, Rose, who's expertise and experience guided us to the next level of care with utmost patience and compassion. Thank you, Rose! There are too many to thank beyond Cathy, our very caring nurse; Kim, our truly amazing motivational PT therapist; Deanna, our very patient speech therapist, and who could forget Usman, a gem in his own right!!! Now I have been referred to them for therapy for my lower back, and they tell me that they are not on my insurance Network. And the person I spoke with was quite rude. I called my insurance (AARP United Healthcare) and was told that they are in network, and they called Sunnyview and never heard back. Every time I call, I get an option to leave a message, and I never receive a callback

In and out on Thanksgiving Day within an hour. I scratched…read moremy cornea the night before Thanksgiving. I was at this Urgent Care when they opened at 9 am. I was the second person helped. After filling out my paperwork, I was seen within ten minutes of sitting down to wait. I was taken back and saw a great PA. She had the right equipment to diagnose my scratched cornea. She looked up what pharmacies were open, since it was Thanksgiving, and sent in two scripts. She was great. I left here after a total of an hour with my problem solved. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful as well. They looked up my insurance information and charged me the correct copay. No hassles at all. I know of two other people who went to this Urgent Care Center and had great experiences. Unfortunately, sometimes only the bad experiences get a review. This wasn't the case with me.

We went to the Urgent Care in the early afternoon after my 2-year old son cut his chin, It was…read morerelatively minor and a clean cut, but would need to be closed. I checked into the Urgent Care Center and then waited over 2 hours in the waiting room before seeing anyone. They did not triage anyone who registered, it was just first-come, first-served. People with sore throats were seen before my son, who was bleeding all over the place. When we finally got into an exam room, the nurse (who was less than friendly) washed his chin and told me that the doctor would be in soon. A few minutes later, a PA shows up and proceeds to tell me that she can't glue his chin because the tissues were too swollen and would need to be trimmed (in my opinion, probably as a result of waiting so long), that my son will need stitches and that she doesn't do trimming or stitches and there was no doctor in the office. So, after waiting ~2 1/2 hours to finally see any medical personnel, they tell me that I have to go to the ER instead. If they actually did TRIAGE when I first got there (like any other Urgent Care or ER I've ever been to), they could have referred me immediately to the ER and I could have saved a lot of time and money since they also billed me for doing absolutely nothing but telling me I needed to bring him somewhere else. (On a side note, the Ellis ER got us in and out in about 30 minutes). I would avoid this Urgent Care, there's a total lack of process or organization and the staff is less than friendly. I guess it's ok if you have a sore throat or congestion, but beyond that, they seem incapable of taking care of minor medical problems that shouldn't require a trip to the ER.

Outstanding nurses and physicians at this location. I just moved to the area and was looking for a…read morenew primary care provider, I am so thankful I found Linda Searfoss, NP. She's an outstanding provider. She treats the mind, body, and soul of each patient rather than just their diagnosis. This is a great quality to have as a doctor and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend Internal Medicine & Linda to anyone. I was nervous changing providers but switching to Linda is like a breath of fresh air. My old doctor does not even compare to Linda. All of the nurses at this location are excellent as well. Being a nurse myself I always expect for the nurses to be exceptional and at this location they are nothing less than that. I was very happy with my visit and my experience. They also have an online portal that you can sign up for and review all of your labs, appointments, make/change/cancel appointments, request prescription refills, etc. Wicked convenient. Instead of making a thousand phone calls all of the information you need is just a few clicks away. I took away one star because the parking isn't optimal.
