My family and I, a party of nine, had chosen your restaurant to celebrate a very significant milestone - my daughter's 30th birthday. We had anticipated a memorable and enjoyable evening, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of our expectations. From the moment we were seated, the service was exceptionally slow. It took over an hour for our initial drink orders to be taken and served, which was a frustrating start to our celebration. Given that it was a pre-set Valentine's Day menu, we had hoped for a more streamlined and efficient dining experience. However, an additional thirty minutes elapsed before our first course was brought to the table. The issues continued to compound as our main courses were served haphazardly, with dishes arriving at vastly different times. This meant that some members of our party had nearly finished their meals while others were still waiting for theirs, entirely disrupting the communal aspect of dining together, especially for a special occasion. It was evident that your team was struggling; the staff appeared visibly strained and under immense pressure, leading to what felt like an overwhelmed and understaffed environment. Despite our repeated attempts to politely voice our concerns to the waitstaff and management throughout the evening, we observed no improvement in the service. In fact, the situation seemed to deteriorate as the evening progressed, leaving us feeling neglected and our special occasion tarnished. While we had truly wanted to enjoy our time at your restaurant, the consistent delays, disjointed service, and apparent lack of effective management completely overshadowed what should have been a joyful celebration. Based on this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I regrettably cannot recommend your establishment, particularly for larger groups or important events where seamless service and attention to detail are paramount. Everything we ordered was so good!! And the portions were very generous. The cilantro lime rice was so fluffy and flavorful- a real surprise for plain looking rice! It took a while for us to be greeted and seated (5ish minutes) but once seated, our server Emmalee was very attentive, apologetic for the wait in getting our cocktails to us, and even for accidentally spilling a very full plate of chile rellenos on the floor near my foot. It barely spilled on my dress but she offered to give me her personal Tide stick! We loved the Hootenanny cocktail (I'm a mezcal girl), the Grulina Tobola (shot of mezcal), shrimp aguachile verdes, chile rellenos with beef, and the enchiladas poblanas. Aguachile - perfect citrus to spice balance. Shrimp were medium size and perfect! Their house made tortilla chips were incredible. Chile rellenos - I've never had red caldillo but um, I only want this version of chile rellenos from now on. Enchiladas poblanas - the best spicy, creamy version of poblanas sauce I've ever had. Chicken was cooked to perfection. I'd order it all over again. I hope they give our server a raise! She did it all - greeted us, seated us, got our drinks from the bar, brought us our food. Cute spot for a weekend dinner! Our reservation was honored and we were seated right away. The patio was more lively than the inside and very cute vibes. The food was expensive, but to be fair, on par with the area pricing in general. We enjoyed the salsa sampler-especially the honey infused and spicy selections. The supporting wait team was quick to refill our water and take our plates. Unfortunately the waitress was not attentive and we heard them give the specials to the table next to us after we ordered without hearing them prior. Casa Chloe has never disappointed. My husband and I have been here several times. Their food is spectacular, especially the ribeye tacos and beans. The service has always been great, my husband and I usually sit at the bar and they make great margaritas. My biggest issue is that their website, instagram, facebook, and answering machine state their hours as mon-sun open at 4pm. This was not the case yesterday. My husband and I show up at around 4:30 pm and it is closed. No explanation, nothing. I would expect a business to be true to their hours of operation and at the very least have some kind of alert either on social media stating they will be closed today. Very disappointing. read more

Absolutely horrendous experience. Do not recommend. We made a reservation for 12 people, confirmed two days in advance, and upon arrival were seated outside in 30° weather on January 18th. This is not an exaggeration. When we asked to be moved inside or to a warmer area, we were flat-out refused. No accommodation, no solution, no concern. We were seated at 8:00 PM and did not receive dinner until 10:00 PM. For a party of twelve with a reservation, this is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, food came out so inconsistently that some people had finished their meals before others even received theirs. It ruined the entire group experience. The service was disorganized, unprofessional, and indifferent. There was zero ownership of the situation despite obvious issues from start to finish. As if that wasn't enough, the bill was wrong and we were overcharged, forcing us to spend even more time correcting yet another mistake after an already miserable night. Cold, ignored, delayed for hours, poorly served, and incorrectly charged -- this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. A reservation clearly means nothing here. We had a reservation at 7:45pm and I have never felt more rushed in my entire life. We had a large party and ordered drinks and food within 15 minutes of sitting down, but the server was sooooo pushy. Trying to take plates before we were finished, actually succeeding when some members of our party got up to use the restroom so they didn't get to finish their meals, giving us the check before we had even FINISHED the meal, etc...no split checks and a dumb credit card fee on top of it. We were cognizant of the fact that the restaurant closed around 9pm, but why allow reservations so late if you're so insistent on parties leaving right on the dot? They have one bar inside and another outside and they are known for being a Mezcal & Tequila experts, so if you love these two this is your spot! You must order the "Queso Flameado" , if you are not familiar with this term, queso flameado is Queso Oaxaca a very popular type of cheese in Mexico, it's in an iron skillet and it melts, it always has a topping, they have here ground beef and Serrano peppers, and they bring you small crispy corn Tortillas and you make taquitos! Be prepared for a delicious surprise! Our main dish was the Ribeye Tacos and the come served with a side of bone marrow... OMG!! If you get this dish, remember to scrap the bone marrows from the bone and add it to your tacos, game changer!! Their drinks are excellent and service is wonderful. While our experience was really mixed last Sunday at our first visit to Casa Chloe, I am giving five stars, for service. Our server Devan saved the night from disaster because of her ability to ease our discomfort. Our food took a very long time. She noticed that we were kind of looking around and came to let us know that out food would be out soon. She asked if we needed more drinks or maybe some more chips and salsa while we waited. A couple of minutes passed and she came back and said that there had been a mistake and the other server delivered our food to the wrong table. She difused our anger with her kindness. She brought us a beverage and we relaxed and waited for them to make our food again. I will say, it was a long dinner and it could have been a different night if we did not feel as if we were taken care of. The servers authentic apology and hospitality saved our night. read more

Nadia was our waitress, she was great but had no knowledge of the food or drinks. They should have let the staff try all the food to help make suggestions. From the time we walked in, my daughter was made an example of. From the multiple times they had to tell us my daughter was doing something wrong (she is.extremely well behaved) it felt like we were being constantly watched and treated as if we were not welcome by the hosts and manager. We ordered the chips and salsa, two margaritas, queso flamedo, shrimp tacos, enchiladas poblabo and refried beans. Everything was delicious and fresh. We couldn't decide which entree was better because they were both amazing. The downside was they didn't offer anything my son would eat at a reasonable price so he ate some chips and we got him something afterwards. We had a reservation for five at 8 PM and when we arrived at the restaurant, there was no host to greet us for at least 10 minutes. Then, the host proceeded to tell us that our table was not clean. Finally after about 10 minutes, we were able to be sat. We sat down and the person filling our waters kept slamming our glasses down. We got the salsa appetizer with 4 different salsas, tortilla soup, ribeye tacos, shrimp tacos, churros, and tres leches. The food was incredible! The ribeye tacos came with bone marrow to put on top which was a very cool touch. The spicy cucumber martini was seriously one of the best cocktails I've ever tried and the Mexican Chardonnay was lovely. Our water Demian was so helpful and knowledgeable and really made our experience wonderful. It's a great place to enjoy a conversation with enjoyable music and wasn't too loud. The guacamole was delightful, it had the perfect amount of lime avocado mixture. Their chips and salsa was very inviting, they had several options of salsa and I prefered the salsa with an avocado mixture. I ordered the ribeye tacos which were delicious, the meat was cooked exquisitely. The flavor was amazing and the bone marrow had a nice flavor as well .
