We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat before heading back out of town. SO glad we did! I ordered the burrito grande, & boy was it grande! My mom got the quesadilla which was also massive. My kiddo just got a bean burrito which she ate all of. Service was amazing as well. Everyone was working together & super friendly. It was quick, it was super yummy, & for 58 dollars we got enough food to feed about 6 people. Highly recommend. This will be a must on our future trips to Texarkana. read more

Gomer Pyle and Cooter that run the garage behind threw a hissy when I stopped in their space to order to- go so we just ended up leaving. RV'ers beware! 11' clearance upon entry to front parking lot - BUT, you can just go to the giant lot BEHIND the restaurant and easily park your big rig next to all of the semis back there. Food is legit pretty good Mexican - and daily lunch specials (11-1:30) are a great deal! Huge basket of complimentary warm tortilla chips and salsa are promptly brought to your table as you are seated. Service was prompt and friendly. This is the absolute best Mexican food you will ever put in your mouth. Carlos, the owner, is always on hand and constantly roaming the restaurant to make sure everyone is happy. The staff is super efficient. We never had to ask for anything. They were constantly they're providing all of our needs. The atmosphere is incredible period from the mural on the wall to the pictures hanging on the wall, it is extremely inviting and at the same time takes you to a different place. I'm a Texan. We know Tex-Mex. I have very high and probably unrealistic expectations of what my Tex-Mex should be like. With that said, the food was good. Not excellent, but really good. What they lack in greatness as far as food goes, they make up in customer service. Our server, Kristi (sp?), was the friendliest and sweetest person. We enjoyed chatting with her. The restaurant was clean and kid friendly. It was nice to find a place to eat so close to the highway that was not a fast food joint. I'd recommend stopping here if you're passing through. Side note for the non-locals, if you order the Enchiladas Prescott, it's pronounced Preskit (rhymes with brisket). read more

My wife and I travel the country for a living. One thing we can almost always find is Mexican food. We enjoy it a lot. This is the best Mexican cuisine we have had from a restaurant. The ingredients seemed to be very fresh, the portions were generous, and it was delivered to our table very quickly. The servers were very kind and on top of their game.
