Any ways,I had this Seafood quesadillas. It was a 6/10 it wasn't bad just different , it was more like a flat soft taco type thing . Be that as it may, seafood quesadillas was a 6/10 and the chips and guacamole were a 7/10 . Reason for a 4 star is the service was exceptional ,food okay , service top tier . What more can I say it's a Mexican restaurant in Nashville Arkansas and my son loves it,my other son not so much, but hey just cause they look alike doesn't mean they like the same foods . The portion size was huge. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the vegetables ( onions, green peppers) were grilled and browned to bring out the natural flavor. There was plenty of delicious white cheese sauce covering the entire dish unlike some Mexican restaurants who only put a small amount of sauce on the rice. We also got a bowl of the white cheese sauce. It was slightly thin but very flavorful. My husband really liked the green sauce but I prefer a green sauce with a little more sweetness, but with that being said it was still very good. The salsa was just ok. I feel it needed cilantro and it would have been much better, but that is a matter of preference. The chips were thin and crispy just the way I like them! I would highly recommend the ranchero special and look forward to trying other dishes when we are back in Nashville.
