My son wanted to take me out for my birthday day dinner. So he took me to Casa Bella in Stuart. When I walked in the front door , the ambiance brought me back in time to 1930's . Wall to wall paintings The food was delicious and amazing! I had the veal chops with bone in (chef's special ) the veal chops were cooked to perfection! Delicious dessert! The service was excellent!

Crusted salmon and too much other goodies!

Nice quiet Italian dinner spot in bustling Stuart,FL. Fresh roasted garlic for your bread to start. Between food , service Anne ambiance you can't go wrong here! Wines are also great!!!

First time here we wanted to love this place As we eat out frequently and live nearby. Restaurant is cute, but meal is worth half the price! We moved from the ocean Hutchinson island and normally go to Nonas or santos for Italian.. but this place was cozy and close thought it would be our go to. Ordered meatballs to start as I always do. They weren't just cold but very cold! Hubby had clams for appetizer.. didn't look like much kinda small. Got two non descript rolls, not very hot.. garlic in foil on the side asked for butter. I drink a lot of water asked a few times for refill finally got it. I had eggplant rollanti I eat that regularly.. it was fine actually I prefer santos as well as twice the serving for less money! Hubby had veal he said it was fine. Salad was best part with good dressing and was nice and crispy cold! Dishes with paper towel from bathroom was left on the table till we were done.. no trash can in bathroom. I would have loved to love this place and walk to dinner but I guess I'll be looking to go back to nonas or keep searching.. I took my food home lady at next table took her phone call on speaker talking loudly not conducive to romantic dining! She even was showing the table who she was talking to her hubby seems notified at her bad manners! Bill with two glasses of house wine 100$ before tip.. for that I can go to oak and ember special 3 course meal and walk a little further! I asked hubby what stats he would give he said 3.5 for the price we may go back. It's not the money but just wasn't worth it nothing special! Service was good. Ate my leftovers today they were good cold. Hubby said it wasn't veal he had chicken gal must have heard him wrong but he never sends anything back said it was fine

Our first visit and it was nice. Food was good, not great and service was friendly. I had the Veal Clarice; four small medallions, topped with eggplant, capicola and melted provolone. A Marsala/mushroom sauce was it's compliment. Well prepared. My GF had the Eggplant Parmigiano and thought it was OK, but uninspired. Nice Italian wine list and it was all fairly priced. We'd give it another go!

They state that for the past 16 years they have used fresh ingredients in all their dishes and you'll notice that fact in every dish. The Ambiance: This lovely little restaurant reminds me of the bistro's I enjoyed in Venice. Get there early as it's always packed and there's not that many tables. They also offer several tables for outside dining. The Service: La Forchetta lost a star here as the service was slow and perfunctory at best. Our server couldn't seem to get her act together and seemed to be flustered by anything out of the norm. If I was to guess, having owned a few restaurants myself, I'd guess she was new and overworked having more tables than she could handle. The Food: A good sign of the quality of your meal is the quality of the salad and bread. Although this time we skipped the salad, the bread, or more precisely the garlic rolls featured the perfect balance of garlic butter and were good enough to be a meal unto themselves. After gorging on the rolls, we decided to share the calamari which turned out to be oh so crispy, and unlike so many other overly chewy offerings, was mouth watering tender. For our entrees, we chose the Penne pasta which was made al dente and featured a wonderfully robust bolognese sauce. Our second entree was the lobster filled raviolis which featured an amply filled fresh lobster covered in a creamy pink sauce. For desert we shared the house specialty tiramisu which was good but not necessarily memorable. The Bottom Line: As with all my reviews my "customer so what" would I come back... the answer is yes, because the food was so good, we'd try it again and hopefully the service would be up to the food.

Michelina's is your favorite Italian place on steroids. It's a good idea to make reservations and we were quickly seated at a nice table. I knew we were in for a treat when the garlic knots were brought out still hot from the oven. The menu is full of pasta favorites, chicken fish and veal favorites as well as pizza. The catch of the day was Snapper Francaise. I love this preparation whether it's on fish or chicken so it was an easy choice for me. Apparently my wife and one our friends agreed so our order was three Snapper Franchise and one Lasagna. I just about spent the entire meal raving about the snapper. My wife and friend agreed while our other friend was just as happy with his lasagna. Along with my entire' I had pasta fagoile which was just as excellent with a flavorful rich broth. Loved the ambiance as much as the great service. Another wonderful find!

My sister ordered the Rigatoni Boscaiola with a chicken cutlet on it. Looking at the chicken, it was visibly pink, and she understandably didn't feel comfortable eating it. We informed our server, who apologized, but the plate never left our table and was never taken to the kitchen for anyone to inspect. We ended up removing the chicken to a separate plate ourselves. When the bill arrived, the chicken was still included. After we asked about it, the server told us the chef said, "It's just a vein." Please see photo attached as the chicken is visibly pink and we are aware what a vein looks like. That was extremely frustrating because the chef never actually saw the chicken after we raised the concern--the plate remained at our table the entire time. We weren't looking for a free meal. We simply wanted our concern to be taken seriously and for someone to inspect the chicken before dismissing it. Instead, we paid for chicken my sister no longer felt comfortable eating. The other pasta dishes and appetizer were fine, and had our concern been handled appropriately, we wouldn't have left a review at all.

Let me start by saying, I have had hundreds of cauliflower pizzas, from many different restaurants. I can't seem to find anywhere that makes them right. I ordered the cauliflower Quatro fomaggi pizza... My husband picked the order up a few minutes past it's prime so we got it a bit cold. Despite the pizza literally being cold by the time it got to my house, it was NO JOKE the best cauliflower pizza I have had in my life. The flavors were spectacular, cheeses were savory and sweet, sauce was ridiculously flavorful and enjoyable. My husband got some lasagna and he enjoyed it thoroughly. We also got the gluten free chocolate mousse cake and it was decadent and sweet. We split it and it was so full of flavor, one slice was enough for us to share. My husband recounted that he's been struggling to eat meals recently and this meal literally brought back his enjoyment for food. We enjoyed the food a lot. I will most definitely be coming in for a sit down experience for the best cauliflower pizza I've ever had in my life. If it's that good cold, I can't imagine how good it is hot. It was so nice to enjoy some high quality food and to be able to stay gluten free

So I ordered their calamari because in the pics it looked lightly breaded and they include the tentacle pieces, which are my favorite part, and pictured was a lemon aioli sauce, as well as marinara sauce. But when I asked about the lemon aioli sauce they said that they normally didn't include it anymore, but would give me some. It was a late to go order, so I ordered the calamari, a meatball sub and the classic tiramisu dessert. The calamari did not disappoint me and was the best I have had in a loooong time! It was lightly breaded, crispy, but not overcooked, and the lemon aioli sauce was a perfect sauce to dip the pieces in and not overpower the flavor of the calamari. I ate almost all of the large portion. But I wish I could order a half order next time, in order to get a smaller portion of several different items, for more variety for us single people that don't have people with us to share bigger portions. The meatball sub was good too; the meatballs are good and the bread is great and sturdy enough to not soak up too much of the marinara sauce and fall apart. My only complaint is that the 'marinara' sauce tasted more like tomato paste than a marinara sauce; I did not like their marinara sauce. And I would pay for extra mozzarella cheese if I ordered this again. But I did eat much of the huge sandwich and wish I could have gotten a smaller 1/2 portion. I highly recommend their excellent classic tiramisu, which is so good you will eat it all and wish you had more!! One of the best you'll ever have.
