My lovely had a single hamburger with mayo and lettuce. Both burgers were delicious. My lovely adores Five Guys and her burger was better. I agree 100%. Perfect flavors. We had onion rings, chocolate shake, Mexican Coke, and a bottled water. The rings and shake were brilliant. The manager took our order and chatted with us. He was friendly and professional. They have a few spots to dine inside. Looks like they have an outdoor area; too cold for that today. Comfy and clean. Evidently, they are connected to a Spanish tapas bar. I got the Manila special burger and it was phenomenal. The hash brown really was a great add on and gives lasagna in Chicago a run for their money even though they are technically break fast sandwiches but very similar. I did find it a tad too sweet for me and needed some acidity to cut through. Server was chill, got me some pickles to cut thru the fat which was exactly what it needed. I got the burger of the month,onion rings and milkshake it came out to $32 (idk if I was charged the $9 for the shake but I got vanilla which I thought was $7). The onion rings were nice and crispy the milkshake was a good shake the burger was the star everything on it was delicious the patty was flavorful the banana ketchup was delicious the hash brown and egg were great. Its sad that its only on the menu for April it was one of my favorite burgers to date. Burger definitely worth it milkshake a little small for price. Service was great and friendly. I stumbled upon Casa 13 Burgers next door, in the space that used to be Del Rose Bar, on a Saturday night, and I'm glad I did. They were playing the kind of old-school hip-hop I've been searching all over the city for: Biggie, Mobb Deep, Jay-Z, even some Afrobeats mixed in. It's rare to find a bar these days that plays this music now days. The atmosphere was easy and unpretentious, with a good of age crowd and great energy. Later in the night, a DJ came on and kept the same vibe with the same old school tracks, just elevated it a bit. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. There was just one person sitting inside, and they were not eating...I immediately questioned our decision...lol..But we proceeded to check out the menu while waiting for an associate . While ordering our food, we were encouraged to try one of their homemade sauces...we opted for the cowboy butter, what I thought would be a well-seasoned, melted butter for my lady to dip her fries in...she's a sauce boss so it was really no question. It turned out to be similar to the consistency of a soft butter, which my lady enjoyed. Everything we ate was really delicious, and I LOVED the chicken sandwich (you could really taste the brine/marinade), but both the burger and the chicken sando were small. I'm talking like big sliders/99 cent McDonald's chicken sandwich small....The associate kindly asked for our feedback, informing us that they are still working things out, which I thought was cool. It's a sign of a good business when they're eagerly asking for feedback. The beef patties were beefy, had a great crust, and wasn't overly greasy. The burger was using a Martin's potato bread, a standard burger sauce similar to Shake Shack, with plenty of sour pickles. Doesn't sound like anything special, but they executed the individual parts really well. I thoroughly enjoyed it. In all honesty, it may have tasted better because I was so hungry. I visited again recently with my friend and they had the addition of the western (double cheese with bacon and onion rings) and the chicken sandwich. I still opted for the classic double cheeseburger ($10) which hit the spot and my friend got the western ($16). Mine was good but wow his looked delicious and he said it was tasty af too. I came across this place while visiting my sister when it showed up on the gluten free app. They are able to accommodate celiac or gluten free!! Ohh and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Keep in mind it's a small kitchen though. The burgers are amazing and they are open late. read more

Had heard Casa 13urger about a month ago when it first opened and finally got the opportunity to try it.. it was delicious! The space is small and really only has a standing spot at the counter, so it's definitely more a take-out/delivery joint. Definitely reasonable price points for the quality and portions. The burger was cooked to perfection, topped with American cheese, pickles, onions, and Casa sauce on a potato bun (tasted like Martin's but can't verify!). Fries were amazingly crispy, really hit the spot and was a very generous portion. Also pairs well with Casa Sauce! Service was friendly (we chatted with the man working) and told us all about their story and how they're hoping to open an adjoining space in the future as well. I would say currently they are one of my fav smash burger places around the LES. Not too oily. Their house sauce is good. Their chicken sandwich not that good. The western is pretty good. So there's a new smashed burger spot right off the Bowery J and Z lines. Casa 13urger which as soon as you get closer you smell the goodness. Place doesn't have seating but ok, the lady that helped me made up for it with her customer service. So a grab and go spot. Now I wasn't gonna get fries but that customer service got me to order some fries which I'll tell you I did not regret. She told me, it's gonna be worth it and it sure was. I couldn't stop eating these fries. Nice and salty with a nice crunchy exterior and they were piping hot. Now the double smash was really good. Especially with their cava sauce. It seems to be their take on the Mac sauce but I'll say I really enjoyed the sauce especially with my fries. The burger itself was seasoned great and melts in your mouth (pause) with every bite. First the fries were very good because they fry them twice I'm pretty sure. They were crispy and tasted great. The burger was average however.
