Olives, shrimp and goat cheese salad, fried baby squids.
Petie S.

I came here for lunch during a solo trip and was not disappoint by the food. I first ordered a 1/2 order of the fried baby squids, which I topped off with lemon and aioli. It was amazing and I'm already dreaming of it again. For my main course, I ordered the shrimp and goat cheese salad, which surpassed my expectations. The goat cheese was caramelized and SO delicious, and the salad had a great balance of saltiness and sweetness. I also was given bread, olives, and aioli- I ended up with more food than expected! I paid €30 for the squid, salad, and water, which I thought was a great price for how much food I ended up with and its quality. The only reason that I can't give it 5 stars is because it's made obvious that only larger groups get the beautiful water view. Most people (like myself) come here because this place is known for its stunning view, but as a solo traveler, I was placed at an isolated table that had almost no view of the water. With the exception of one table, all of the other small tables I saw had worse views than mine. If you want to enjoy the view that it's known for, you probably won't get it if you're on your own or in a group of 2. Most tables by the water were for 4-6 people. Would definitely come back for the food, but would try to come in a group as the view is part of the experience.

Is the food amazing? YES. Is the view beautiful? 100%. It's a little hard to find considering you're driving down narrow winding roads, but trust me when I say the view is phenomenal. When you park, it's a short walk down to the actual restaurant. If I just raved about it, why did I give it three stars? Well, one star was knocked down because of price. It was one of the most expensive meals we had during our entire Spain trip - and we went there for lunch! Just know that you're definitely paying a little extra for the view. The second star was knocked because of the service. We were seated in a far corner of the restaurant that provided a really picturesque eating experience, but we were oftentimes neglected. We waited almost 20 minutes before getting up and asking them for a menu. Then when they came to the table to take our orders, they were not friendly at all. It was definitely a challenge having to flag them down for everything. Pro-tips: 1) Bring enough coins for parking. It's paid parking and if you end up arriving during rush time, be prepared to enter the jungle that is a crowded parking lot. 2) Don't expect hospitality from the staff. 3) Get ready to feast. The food is delicious and definitely not cheap. Be prepared to eat every last bite.

Tasty food but service left a lot to be desired. It's a super small space without any outdoor…read moreseating. I had to wait for a few minutes for a table. Menu didn't seem particularly compelling so I ordered just a drink. Now, I appreciate that this is a restaurant but the way the waitress scolded me when I tried to order only a drink was uncalled for. She was simply rude about it. I was nice about it and ordered padrón peppers to placate her. The same waitress came back about 5 mins later and asked me to take my bag off the table (a backpack). Okay, again, fine, but she was really just nasty in her tone. Sangria was just okay and was more expensive than the average in the area. Padrón peppers were delicious, however. Between the yummy peppers and the fact that the wifi was free and strong, I'm giving 2 stars instead of one. But I wouldn't return or recommend due to the rude service.

The restaurant is very tiny and we have a wait of over 40 minutes. The service was fine. Food - the Spanish octopus was delicious! Perfectly prepared. The Russian tuna salad is surprisingly excellent!! I never tasted that dish before. Note.... It is more like potato salad with tuna then green lettuce salad with tuna. My kids had the salmon and it was regular slightly over cooked one of them mentioned. The sangria was OK. However, there were many knats and small bugs that were attracted to the fruit in the sangria that turned me off. One of these fruit flies flew in my glass and I was done. If you feel like waiting the octopus, and the Russian salad is excellent! Not sure if I would return, as there are many restaurants in that area that serve similar dishes.
