The end result is nothing short of incredible and more than met my expectations! I first saw a recommendation for Arbor Pro on a local social media website. We touched base by email and Jason placed me on his wait list. He asked about our needs and expectations and we shared information about each other's love of plants. At that time, Jason was a one man team with a long list of waiting customers and we were willing to wait for a certified arborist - they are hard to find in the southern corridor - and two months later we were excited to hear from Jason and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Our quote for 5 mature (28 yr. old) native Texas trees and 2 overgrown heirloom rose bushes all to be trimmed was very reasonable and it took them all day. Considering how cold it was, I was impressed with their endurance. They moved everything off of the patio and raked the yard, picking up every little branch. They used a blower to make sure the patio, driveway, and all surfaces were cleared of sawdust and any debris. I asked for firewood from my ash and oak and ended up with it cut and stacked in the ring. The rose bushes were perfectly trimmed! I wouldn't have thought a tree service would know what to do with my heirlooms; but the old dead canes were all removed, the wind damaged ones gone and symmetry restored. Jason also let me know that an Emerald Ash Borer is attacking and killing Texas Ash trees. He treated my trees pre-emptively and advised me to continue to do so annually. Our yard has balance and beauty again. We've never had such thorough service. I highly recommend Jason Junier, Certified Arborist, and Arbor Pro for your tree care. I'll post tree pics when there's better light!

I wasn't happy with the service I received. JD tree service sent someone out to estimate trimming…read more4 big trees, and bracing one (lifting a limb to a support beam to allow improved garage access). The estimate was higher than I hoped, but I agreed. They did a basic tree trim, and did not complete the job as agreed, specifically bracing a the heavy limb. Further, they expected full payment. I paid, as life is too short to argue these things. If they didn't want to perform the limb brace work, they should have told at the time of estimate. These guys are probably fine for basic trimming, but be clear on what you're getting. I've switched to a tree service from East Dallas that seems more expert at handling big trees. They do cable and brace work, and the cost per tree, of trimming, was the same. No other complaints with the trimming, but no question they could have handled it better in so many ways. At a minimum they should back up their estimates, or reach you that day if they are in over their heads. I Won't be back.

After some research, I reached out to Kevin based on his great reviews, scope of skills, and his respect for those who serve our country and community. Those qualities in him translated beautifully to the work he completed for us! Pictures will never do it justice, but he removed 17 trees (ground stumps) and several unsightly bushes. Many of these trees posed a threat to our home's structure. The removal of other trees led to open views of the back wooded-acre! The work was completed quickly, on time, and with excellent communication. Additionally, Kevin manicured the front and back- lifting the canopies of all trees, cleaning up their bases, and removing any dead/dangerous limbs. The result is stunning! His wife, Lisa, spent hours walking, designing, and planning a beautiful future landscaping project for us. We are so very grateful for their time, work, and gifts.
