I saw they weren't busy so stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick wash. The check in girl, Evelyn, WOULD NOT take my friendly "No thank you," for an answer when asking repeatedly for me to buy a membership. I was polite the first 4 times, and then said quite firmly, NO THANK YOU, just a single wash. She then replied flatly, "give me a minute" turned and walked inside the office, leaving me in the line for 5 minutes. I was sure this was a passive aggressive punitive move, so backed my car out of the line and left. She walked out the office and saw me, and subtly threw her arms up at me, which I took to be "whatever." I will not be back.

Do not recommend this business at all, this behavior is highly unacceptable and practically fraudulent for requiring a deposit and then not showing up to complete the service and not returning the funds. Extremely unprofessional behavior and is clearly a continuous issue with this person as mentioned in previous reviews.
