I had my dogs in my car there was hair in my car not excessive but dog hair. They said if I wanted all the hair out of the far back of my SUV it was extra 30.00. After going to this establishment two separated times with two different Toyota cars. The bass for the radio and rear subwoofers are no longer working. It is as if they are no longer present. Because the lack of visibility during the beginning part of the wash. It would be easy for someone to cannibalize your vehicle. Excellent job on the wash, but not at the expense of the sound system degradation. I will never go here again. I don't trust this establishment . Nice car wash. Pull up, tell them what you want and have a seat inside or out. They vacuum it out and pull it through car wash. Then they take their time and hand dry. Can usually get out of there for $25. If you love your car, you wash it yourself. If you don't give a cra*, you don't wash it or slam it through a drive thru for $10. But if you want the best of both, bring it here. read more

I've been to this location multiple times throughout the years for car washes and oil changes. Today I went for both services. Air Freshener was not used this visit. The frustrating part of the entire visit is after the oil change is the Skid plate was not properly replaced after the oil change. I did not discover this until I was on the freeway headed out of town to an appointment. Now I'm on the freeway freaking out thinking something was seriously wrong with my car. There is a charge on my receipt Skipplate $9.99 for what? Having to unscrew additional screws??? I'm charged and they still did not replace it correctly. So now I have to find someone to fix it for me or drive the 35 minutes tomorrow after work to have them fix it. read more

I just moved up here from down the hill. This was my first time at this wash and it was empty. All staff were very nice. There were about 4 or 5 men "cleaning" my car but the drive thru wash did more than them for sure. They didn't even try to clean my cup holders Didn't completely dry my car. Barely wiped the inside of my car, I came home and had to wipe everything again. Vacuum job was bad as well and they left my mats so messy couldn't even bother to put them back properly. I pay only $18 down the hill and they do so much better where here I paid $23. I always tip $20 when I get my car washed which I did here as well. Definitely won't do it again. Not that big of a difference in price but definitely not worth it at this place. read more

Follow up on the last review. I thought I would try again to see if they have changed their ways of washing vehicles. They have not. They still use high pressure sprayers inches away from your car. They still use a heavy push broom to brush your car. The push broom/brush is dipped in some chemical bath (no grime suspending soap) Another worker was using mittens on the paint but the push broom /brush guy did the windows and paint. The smaller brush used to clean your tires and wheels is dipped in the same tub where the larger broom/ brush is so chances are great dirt and grime from your wheels and tires are picked up by the push broom / brush as it is Is moved across your paints finish. All this is done where most people unless you look gif it even see what's going on and before it even enters the car wash Finally the car moves on the conveyor belt onto the wash where gallons of cleaning and putting grime in suspension soap are applied by hand. Finally a rinse. Interior and windows were cleaned properly. Stop the brutal "prewash" and you have a decentcar wash. Until then..... read more

I visited this car wash while on location filming for a Sundance production here in the city of Apple valley. Pleasant place is my initial experience. The cashier was very nice. Unfortunately the associate who was responsible for the interior and exterior completion of my car did not spend anytime on my car whatsoever. He failed to dry and wipe off smudges on my vehicle. He failed to wipe off my dashboard and steering wheel. Keep in mind I paid the $26 plus dollar car wash which should have included these minor procedures. I always have a good experience here. The staff is nice and they do a decent job on my Jeep. I appreciate their quick pace. I used to go to a car wash in Victorville, but I no longer have the time to wait around for four hours. I've come to this car wash since I moved to the High Desert, about 3 years. I come often for a car wash, I've come and gotten my brakes done, oil changes and have always had a great experience. A couple of weeks ago, I paid for my car wash and had to leave due to having a dr appointment without getting my car washed. they gave me a rain check card and I left not before being harassed by the older chubby dude who kinda runs the workers. I wasn't able to come back until today and realized I'd lost the card, but still had my receipt. I asked, figuring I'd come often enough they'd know I've never done this before. Brought my truck to be washed here for the first time and they did a horrible job! Dirt was still on the doors and the interior was not clean. I specifically asked for the tire shine dressing and it clearly wasn't done. Very disappointed and dissatisfied I will not be back. You pay for service to be done exceptionally and not be half-assed. By far the worst experience I've had here. Wanted the platinum wash originally but opted to upgrade to the 79.99 wash with special pricing upsell. Went in to it hopeful. Business was slower to medium at best. Cars were coming in and out within at least 20 mins. Made it clear I didn't have more than an hour to wait for the detail to be completed but was assured it wouldn't be more than 45 mins. Once through the tunnel, my truck sat on the far side of the parking lot with little attention. The gentleman drying my truck was moving SLOW AS HECK. He kept walking away from the truck and leaving it for minuets at a time. Went in to ask the girl attendant if there was someone else who could help on my truck because the guy walked away and was gone for a while. She simply said "oh they'll be done soon sorry." It wasn't done soon. Nearly 1 1/2 hours later I finally get a half assed wash/dry job returned. Exterior dressing was sloppily applied and on paint. The side pillars on my truck have water spots due to neglect. Door jams still had water. The attendant also left a Gatorade bottle and dirty towels in my truck. Definitely not worth the 79.99 price tag. Against my wishes, my dad went to ask for some type of compensation/ voucher but was told by manager to speak to the owner who just so happened to be there. We received a return wash but I will not be coming back. Very poor experience. At least my interior was vacuumed and tools were not missing. Do not recommend if you're looking for speed or quality. I thought would give them a try. I thought boy these guys get you in and out in a hurry. Then I looked my truck over and realized why, they skimmed over the the entire truck leaving the door frames dirty, the dashboard half wiped down, the doors not wiped inside, one tire still had dirt on it, the wheels half ass cleaned. I was not expecting a detailed auto, just a wash as you would expect and receive most anywhere else. Mike the tint installer and part owner, introduced me to ceramic tinting with llumar. He is very knowledgeable about his products. Wow what a difference it made in the look of my Tesla model S. Computer measured cutting for all cars, even my high end electric. Mike was upfront about the price of all his tint work with no surprises after the work was done. I believe him when he says that they stand behind their work. Mike is very customer friendly, willing to answer even the simplest of questions without making you feel like an idiot for asking. Down to earth and even letting me watch him do the install inside their roomy garage bay. They have a large well air conditioned waiting room if you prefer not to watch.
