We just had our new Palisade detailed and waxed at Apple Valley Car Wash, and they did an amazing job! We usually take our vehicles there for the touchless wash, so we already trusted them, but this was our first full detail. The chrome trim had some pitting and staining when we bought the vehicle, and I honestly wasn't sure it could be restored. I came in for an estimate and they showed me exactly how they could fix the chrome and were able schedule the detail right away. They buffed it all, and it looks brand new again. They also detailed the entire interior and waxed the exterior, and the whole SUV looks incredible. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. While you wait, the lobby is stocked with car care accessories, air fresheners, and plenty of snacks and drinks to browse. The attention to detail really shows, and we're so happy with the results. Highly recommend Apple Valley Car Wash if you're looking for a touchless car wash or a full detail. read more

The best place I've ever taken my car to! I hadn't taken my car to be washed in almost two years and when I tell you my car looked brand new after they were done! I even had a big scuff on the back of my car and the owner buffed it out where it's almost unnoticeable all together. I wish I had before and after pictures to really do it justice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! The workers are so kind and hard working! read more

I had my dogs in my car there was hair in my car not excessive but dog hair. They said if I wanted all the hair out of the far back of my SUV it was extra 30.00. Really I figure when you vacuum you get all the hair up! They said if Special is expensive already. I won't be going there anytime soon. read more

In my opinion this is the best car was in town. I never have to correct their work. I've also had my oil changed here. Great spot, great people and great Christian music. read more

Been going for bout a year not 1 complaint. From wash to finish product it gets done right.

Took my father's car which has not been to a car wash in quite a while. Had the regular wash done. They did an amazing job! All windows are crystal clear, the inside of the car looks and smells clean, it's is definitely worth the price. I will be making this my go to car wash moving forward. read more

I have been coming here for over 2 years. Was a great value? Now too expensive. No more Senior Discounts either

After going to this establishment two separated times with two different Toyota cars. The bass for the radio and rear subwoofers are no longer working. It is as if they are no longer present. Because the lack of visibility during the beginning part of the wash. It would be easy for someone to cannibalize your vehicle. Excellent job on the wash, but not at the expense of the sound system degradation. I will never go here again. I don't trust this establishment . Now I have to take both cars to get this problem resolved. I am curious if anyone else has had this experience. read more

The car wash was empty no one was there to get there car washed. Now I know why. It's $25 for an exterior wash and they don't even vacuum the inside. What a joke. Gentleman that came to service me was extremely rude. Never coming back here. . I don't recommend this place Zero Stars. read more

Great service and left my car squeeky clean and looking like new. I have been going there for years now.

When I need my cars to get a good deep cleaning or just a fresh clean I come here never a let down

What a joke !!! Paid $55. ( $45 + $10 tip) Water spots , and dirty floor mats. We really wanted to like this place because it was a clean facility. But it was a major disappointment. read more

Had my car washed there today. Had my work cell phone and office supplies missing. Confronted the owner and one of his employees stole the items from the car. Everything was returned. Don't trust this place what so ever. read more

Quick, easy, nice work- friendly staff. Will certainly be back when I'm in Apple Valley!

Nice car wash. Pull up, tell them what you want and have a seat inside or out. They vacuum it out and pull it through car wash. Then they take their time and hand dry. Can usually get out of there for $25. If you love your car, you wash it yourself. If you don't give a cra*, you don't wash it or slam it through a drive thru for $10. But if you want the best of both, bring it here. read more

Arrived and no one was in line so we thought great. Well our car sat for 30 minutes before they even started on it. Car would just sit while the workers visited with each other. Now after an hour wait and we check the car. My husband and i both pointed out the water spots on the hood. He looked at us and said yes they are water spots and walked away. I won't be back read more

I don't trust any other hand car-wash in the high-desert but this place. They're organized and efficient with everything they offer. This is the end result of paying for a $40 car wash at this place. Literally no effort given , not sure why I even tipped or bothered to come back here...these people just don't care. Sad because it's close to my work , will drive the extra distance to go to someone who gives a damn. read more

I just moved up here from down the hill. This was my first time at this wash and it was empty. All staff were very nice. There were about 4 or 5 men "cleaning" my car but the drive thru wash did more than them for sure. They didn't even try to clean my cup holders Didn't completely dry my car. Barely wiped the inside of my car, I came home and had to wipe everything again. Vacuum job was bad as well and they left my mats so messy couldn't even bother to put them back properly. I pay only $18 down the hill and they do so much better where here I paid $23. I always tip $20 when I get my car washed which I did here as well. Definitely won't do it again. Not that big of a difference in price but definitely not worth it at this place. read more

They always do the best job! Always exceeds my expectations! They have great attention to detail. Best car wash up here

We've been coming here for about three years now and they do a really nice hand wash. The staff is polite and the owner Simon is a nice guy. Worth checking them out if you need your car washed. read more

Follow up on the last review. I thought I would try again to see if they have changed their ways of washing vehicles. They have not. They still use high pressure sprayers inches away from your car. They still use a heavy push broom to brush your car. The push broom/brush is dipped in some chemical bath (no grime suspending soap) Another worker was using mittens on the paint but the push broom /brush guy did the windows and paint. The smaller brush used to clean your tires and wheels is dipped in the same tub where the larger broom/ brush is so chances are great dirt and grime from your wheels and tires are picked up by the push broom / brush as it is Is moved across your paints finish. All this is done where most people unless you look gif it even see what's going on and before it even enters the car wash Finally the car moves on the conveyor belt onto the wash where gallons of cleaning and putting grime in suspension soap are applied by hand. Finally a rinse. Interior and windows were cleaned properly. Stop the brutal "prewash" and you have a decentcar wash. Until then..... read more

I've been to this location multiple times throughout the years for car washes and oil changes. Today I went for both services. Air Freshener was not used this visit. The frustrating part of the entire visit is after the oil change is the Skid plate was not properly replaced after the oil change. I did not discover this until I was on the freeway headed out of town to an appointment. Now I'm on the freeway freaking out thinking something was seriously wrong with my car. There is a charge on my receipt Skipplate $9.99 for what? Having to unscrew additional screws??? I'm charged and they still did not replace it correctly. So now I have to find someone to fix it for me or drive the 35 minutes tomorrow after work to have them fix it. read more

I had a lunch break and an appointment and took the risk of getting my car done to be back on time. I got a service that was $79.99 on special for $50.00 that day. I was astonished at how quick and thorough of a job they did. My car looked like it did when I bought it and I was so happy! The staff was pleasant and professional. I'm so pleased and will always go there from now on read more

I'm soo grateful and extremely satisfied with the wax to my car. Simon and his staff are professionals of what they do.

Not perfect but very very good. The outside job was better than the inside. Still crumbs and dirt in cup holders in back but a great job on the windows. This owner has owned car washes in other places, really stands by his reputation. If you are not happy, ask him for more. I will try them again!! Update: they refurbed both trucks' headlights and they look brand new. Had an oil change too and they did a great job!! Got a free car wash with an oil change and also when you get your head lights done. Really love this place!! read more

I always have a good experience here. The staff is nice and they do a decent job on my Jeep. I appreciate their quick pace. I used to go to a car wash in Victorville, but I no longer have the time to wait around for four hours. I would suggest they take more time cleaning the inside of the vehicle--especially the center consul. Other than that, they're dependable and affordable. read more

I was recommended to go to Apple Valley Car Wash, by Armen at Caliber Collision. I had gotten paint on my car while driving on Main Street, in Hesperia. Their Customer Service is excellent. They were able to remove the paint from my car!!! Santiago, was very professional, and had my car completed in a couple of hours. I am overwhelmed by their customer service, and they will have a customer for life. read more

I visited this car wash while on location filming for a Sundance production here in the city of Apple valley. Pleasant place is my initial experience. The cashier was very nice. Unfortunately the associate who was responsible for the interior and exterior completion of my car did not spend anytime on my car whatsoever. He failed to dry and wipe off smudges on my vehicle. He failed to wipe off my dashboard and steering wheel. Keep in mind I paid the $26 plus dollar car wash which should have included these minor procedures. I give this associate a 1 out if 10. read more

Took my truck in for a wash. I know it was dirty but they didn't even attempt to wipe the inside. Literally nothing was touched on the inside of my vehicle. Half assed vacuum job. Inside just as dirty as when it came in. We've brought vehicles here before and it's the same issue. They suck at doing the interior. They barely wipe stuff down with a dry rag that gets nothing clean. Will never waste my money here again. read more

Needed my truck cleaned an hoping to get a better wash then those drive thru ones but for $28 you get nothing on your tires didn't even clean them still looks dirty windows still dirty an body of truck. Should have just went to drive thru for half the price. Customer service was rude an not helpful with customer service. Go to other self car wash near by an do yourself $8 for them to spray your tires might as well go buy yourself own bottle at the store. read more

Paid $39.99 for a car wash and paid $10 to both dudes drying. I'll never be back. Called in and before I could finish my sentence, I was interrupted with "We don't have any $50 washes." Irrelevant, the service was ass. Even if it was a $5 wash, you should still take pride in your work. read more

I've come to this car wash since I moved to the High Desert, about 3 years. I come often for a car wash, I've come and gotten my brakes done, oil changes and have always had a great experience. A couple of weeks ago, I paid for my car wash and had to leave due to having a dr appointment without getting my car washed. they gave me a rain check card and I left not before being harassed by the older chubby dude who kinda runs the workers. I wasn't able to come back until today and realized I'd lost the card, but still had my receipt. I asked, figuring I'd come often enough they'd know I've never done this before. That's not exactly how it went they said I still needed the card. That's ok, I paid a second time for my car wash and I will never be back. Someone else can have my continuous business. read more

Don't waste your time or money on this place. For being a new business owned by someone that says they have been in this business for forty years leaved a lot to be desired. I thought would give them a try. I thought boy these guys get you in and out in a hurry. Then I looked my truck over and realized why, they skimmed over the the entire truck leaving the door frames dirty, the dashboard half wiped down, the doors not wiped inside, one tire still had dirt on it, the wheels half ass cleaned. I was not expecting a detailed auto, just a wash as you would expect and receive most anywhere else. This the second time this place has opened and I don't expect it to last much longer than the first time. read more
