The company acknowledged the inconvenience and told me they would not charge me for the detail because of everything that had gone wrong. Despite that promise, they still charged me $300. This whole situation ruined my Father's Day weekend and caused unnecessary stress and expense. A professional detailing shop should know how to care for coated wheels, keep its promises, and stand behind its work when mistakes happen. If you're considering this business, be cautious. We usually take our vehicles there for the touchless wash, so we already trusted them, but this was our first full detail. The chrome trim had some pitting and staining when we bought the vehicle, and I honestly wasn't sure it could be restored. I came in for an estimate and they showed me exactly how they could fix the chrome and were able schedule the detail right away. They buffed it all, and it looks brand new again. They also detailed the entire interior and waxed the exterior, and the whole SUV looks incredible. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. While you wait, the lobby is stocked with car care accessories, air fresheners, and plenty of snacks and drinks to browse. The attention to detail really shows, and we're so happy with the results. I asked for video footage, but was told the manager wasn't available. I was only given a name and phone number. I spoke with the manager, Briana Davis, who stated over the phone the footage was "pixelated" but asked me to come in. When I did, the video clearly showed my car without damage before entering. Instead of addressing the issue, she pulled up pictures of dents from Google as examples. When I requested a copy of the footage, she agreed to give it to me but then shut it off and told me to "go through your insurance." Their insurance company stated they are not denying that my car was scratched, but they are denying liability because they claim the car wash did not malfunction. They also told me they reviewed over 500 car washes and found no other reports of scratches. However, there is at least one other review online from a customer claiming vehicle damage. After waiting months for a resolution, I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and helping a customer, they delayed the process and ultimately denied the claim. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash.
