I asked her if she could help me. She says no we're not allowed to help you it's in regards to a free car wash. I tried to go park and figure it out and I wanted to scan the the page that says claim now she beat me to the machine to scan and she refused to let me scan and I said I'm 72 years old I don't know technology can you help me again she refused no I went back and parked trying to figure it out and found your link And I went back again to try to scan. She literally got me before I could even get to the scanner locked my way can I help you? I said yeah I'd like to scan this. She says absolutely not. You need a barcode. If you don't have a barcode, you're not scanning anything. Alicia was a perfect angel. She tried to assist me, but her manager was very very rude because of your manager, I don't even think I want a car wash now if I have to deal with her she is ridiculous and she wasn't very nice. Wasn't a nice voice. It was a very mean stern voice. I asked her how in the world are people supposed to be able to find the barcode if nobody can help them maybe it must be that you don't want people to take your free Car Wash you want them to pay for their first one I don't know, but I am literally fed up with trying to attempt to try a car wash at your place. You're only 5 miles away from me. It would be very convenient on the way when I go to the freeway to get my washes but right now at this point in time you can't contact anybody you can't get any assistance and I'm not the only one that's had this problem. My car had no dents prior to entering their wash, but when I exited, there was noticeable damage. When I reported it to an employee, she immediately insisted their car wash could not have caused it. I asked for video footage, but was told the manager wasn't available. I was only given a name and phone number. I spoke with the manager, Briana Davis, who stated over the phone the footage was "pixelated" but asked me to come in. When I did, the video clearly showed my car without damage before entering. Instead of addressing the issue, she pulled up pictures of dents from Google as examples. When I requested a copy of the footage, she agreed to give it to me but then shut it off and told me to "go through your insurance." The staff was unprofessional, and showed no concern for the damage. If you value your vehicle, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

THEY ARE INCREDIBLY PUSHY trying to get you to buy a membership…read more I don't live nearby, but occasionally come get my car washed here when I'm the area. I saw they weren't busy so stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick wash. The check in girl, Evelyn, WOULD NOT take my friendly "No thank you," for an answer when asking repeatedly for me to buy a membership. I was polite the first 4 times, and then said quite firmly, NO THANK YOU, just a single wash. She then replied flatly, "give me a minute" turned and walked inside the office, leaving me in the line for 5 minutes. I was sure this was a passive aggressive punitive move, so backed my car out of the line and left. She walked out the office and saw me, and subtly threw her arms up at me, which I took to be "whatever." I will not be back.
