When I unwrapped the cookie, I was surprised that it was sealed even under the tied top. Very small detail to notice but it shows that they care about the freshness of the cookies and take the time to make sure the customer gets the best product possible! (Side note: I love the design of the logo! The letters flow so seamlessly together - the K and M look like an apple with the stem and leaf still attached. )
