I purchased a great used Subaru Legacy at a great price. We went over some issues, they resolved them the next day, and I drove it off the lot. I would also like to add, they have a wide variety of cars and trucks. And from my time being there, two people drove off the lot with cars that they purchased. I will recommend this dealership to whomever may ask me if I know of a used car dealer.

This used car dealership is only operated by two guys as the business continues to grow. After test-driving a vehicle, I waited to think about it and do some final research. There were absolutely no pressure tactics and none of the typical car salesman games that us customers are all used to. This alone persuaded me to buy a vehicle here. When buying the vehicle, Billy would not negotiate down on the price at all. Around 99% of the time, I walk when used car salesmen won't negotiate. However, he gave me a fair value on my trade-in (probably more than it was worth). Also, I had researched this car and it was (by far) the cheapest around. He was asking $10k for a car that usually sells for $12k. One thing i didn't like is months later, I realized the vehicle model is not what Prestige advertised! They advertised the vehicle as a Nissan Sentra SR, which is the high-end Sentra. Recently, after researching the car, I realized this is a Nissan Sentra S, which is the low-end Sentra. The price I agreed to was for the high-end Sentra. If I knew that, the value would've been much less and I wouldn't have bought this. However, I've had the car for 3 months now and it's still a great car with no problems. Billy was thorough and followed through on everything he promised. The vehicle I bought had an open recall and also had a lot of road dirt stuck on the front-end. Before receiving the vehicle, Billy followed through with his promise by sending the vehicle to the dealership to repair the recall and sending the vehicle to a car detail shop for a full interior/exterior detail. One month after driving the vehicle, Billy called me to come in for my registration. He followed through and was efficient with everything we did.

Additionally, he processed the car title under the co-signer's name, which gives him more time to deal with his own issues. Turns out, the car was stolen from the lot and the manager (I don't have a name) refused to look at the security tapes, accusing my mom of never dropping off the car there in the first place. They knew to expect our vehicle as we call to make sure each time. We only found out after calling in the afternoon since we hadn't heard back in the usual time that our car was looked at, ready, etc. Once report was filed, police got to look at the footage. No apology for not believing my mom dropped off the car or just general acknowledgement that their customer's vehicle was stolen. Again, this was not our first time dropping off the car before opening so we knew we didn't leave the keys in the wrong place.

Long story short, they said my warrant was expired and I had no choice but to pay thousands in a es tranny. The total price was $4,700 for the Tranny and when I told them they said they will only give me $500. LOL what a joke! That was in April. After I had to pay all that, now guess what?? THE TRANNY IS OUT AGAIN! These people probably sell flooded vehicles and do not care about anyone after the warranty "expires". They are a joke and a bunch of crooks. Now I have to pay more money in fixing this car because it turned off 3x while I was in the highway with my 2 year old daughter. BEWARE!!!

Shortly after purchasing the Renegade, I was having severe buyer's remorse and missing my Santa Fe. I tried returning the Renegade to the dealer and was inquiring where my Santa Fe went, but they were no help because they suck. I even went down to the dealer where I purchased my Santa Fe, but they couldn't help me either. I googled the VIN of my Santa Fe for several weeks and finally got a hit on August 17: the Santa Fe sold at auction and was at Performance Motor Cars in Wappingers Falls, 100 miles from my house! I immediately called up and asked if the Santa Fe was available. I reached Caleb Rose and he was nothing short of a gentleman and told me the Santa Fe was available and I told him my story and he was impressed. I told him I wanted to buy the car back. We set everything up and I purchased the car back today, August 25! Despite my unique situation, there are several cars on the lot to choose from and all different types of cars and different makes. It is definitely worth a look for anyone looking for a gently used car and I was very impressed. To say I am over the moon to have my car back is an understatement. The whole staff at Performance Motor Cars knew my story and loved it. The dealership was very professional and so helpful throughout the entire transaction. After I run my Santa Fe into the ground, there's a good chance I'll make another 100 mile trip up to Performance Motor Cars due to the great service I received.
