I wanted to be done at my home with a myriad of other work. deck redid, a new lawn, and waterfront restoration all pretty big labor-intensive jobs.was told by him he could do everything ..... I started with an embankment clearing job I wanted to be cleared he and his crew worked for 5 hours! and they were done for the day but not the job !!!! also changing the day coming thur a text annoyed I worked thur this change however his day started at about 1030am work was nilly willy with poor planning and lack of leadership of his crew he left a mess and the job incomplete. ., some to my fault as I wasn't specific enough about what I wanted to be cleared eye-roll, nor did I look before he left after payment so I had to pick up some remaining debris and it's still not complete so I called him to ask if he could give me an estimate to finish but when I wanted to talk specifics about it he got defensive and argumentative before and after I called I asked if he could give me an estimate for a whole day it was a bigger job than I think he estimated and one I didn't want to do myself why I was paying to complete it but I still wanted it done and be more specific and even pay more than I already spent he felt his work and time was good enough ? I guess all he wanted was a 5-star review but not to complete the job to any kinda satisfaction so I would have a detailed conversation with him or you will have to put on baby gloves to deal Brandon Chaffee to get any project you will want to be completed at your home DONE! he's the type that will throw his hands up and go and leave your property a mess as he wants to come n go on his time not yours so beware. I have to find and go with someone else an adult to complete and do the rest of the work I would like done at my home .

We'd already had an irrigation system put in by someone who didn't have that experience, as a result of which all sorts of dysfunctionalities were starting to appear. I was wondering if the whole thing would have to be replaced at great expense but Rodrigo was able to work with what was in place and improve things to the point where the system now works flawlessly. And I ended up paying much less than I anticipated. In summary, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their irrigation system replaced or fixed.

The residential contractor realm can be a tough one to navigate, especially with Irrigation…read more Finding the right contractor for your project with so many providers on the market can be intimidating. Well, let me make it easy for you, don't waste your time with anyone else. My wife and I ended up doing a $300k+ landscape and pool package at our house in Groton and when it came to irrigation, we got lucky and landed on 'the one.' We engaged 5 different vendors (one of which was Rodrigo w/ Mary Joe) to price out the modifications to our existing system, as well as price an entire new system. We did a 120+ head system, 10+ zones and made a selection to go w/ Rodrigo. There is a level of care and appreciation that you can tell Rodrigo takes with your property while he's there working. The layout was well thought out, head placement along with the specific head choice was on point. They crushed the installation; the guy is a machine! He came back to check on things as the hydro came in, and the sod continued to root, you could tell that he takes pride in what he touches. If you're looking for someone who is on top of his game, communicative, professional, and an all-around great guy who maintains transparency throughout his work, look no further. This guy can take on new systems, fix and/or troubleshoot issues with existing, and then some. Many thanks to Rodrigo and his team, we couldn't be happier and would recommend him on anything and everything.

I take pleasure in having the opportunity of writing this review. I've been looking to have my…read moredriveway paved for almost a year, needless to say pricing, quality and a reparable paving company were my major concerns. I saw several companies during my time of searching but was unable to find one that fit all my areas of concern; until early this spring. I was fortunate to find NEW ERA paving & Excavating and Ruzbin Martinez. Ruzbin came and took the measurements, he noticed my military hat that I was wearing and said I would also be getting a 20% military discount. I received his estimate which took care of any "pricing" concerns. He has been in the paving business all of his working career and started his own business I believe five years ago which has produced very good reviews, that took care of "reparable". Ruzbin and his team came here to attack the project on April 23 and completed it that same day. His team were a great sociable bunch, they clearly knew just what had to be done and how to do it, I watched as each task was performed and followed up to ensure there was no imperfections. The *quality was outstanding!! I attached pictures so you can see the projects before and after. So, let me leave you with this; if your criteria is like mine then this is the company and team you want doing your paving. * Based on the limited knowledge I possess on paving a driveway; however, their work was far, far above my driveway paving experience with a previous installation.
