I walked around the entire building multiple times looking for Kevin and resorted to calling him to ask him to be present. The service I received was an additional installation that came with certain accessories that I never was given. As a twenty year old young woman, I was immensely disappointed that I was not helped properly as I do not know much about vehicles.
