I spend a lot of time and money on them (paper and ink jet cartridges are NOT cheap). The only thing I need done when I'm finished is to have them bound with simple, spiral wire along the top. I had been going to the Staples at I45/Cypresswood for binding, but when I drove over recently to have the calendars bound, I discovered Staples had closed permanently. So, due to my previous good experience here (along with the location since I was already in the area), I swung over to Office Depot. I should have kept driving back home. Line was super long when I came in at about 1:20 in the afternoon. No one else in the store except everyone waiting at the copy center, with sadly only one employee manning that area. Finally my turn, explain what I want done. Leave my name and phone number and I'm told they'll call me when complete, but because I got here before 2 PM, they would be ready the same day. Price went up - nearly $5 per binding! Shocked about that, but, whatever . . . At 6:30 PM, I hadn't received a call. Call them. Not done yet! But they will be ready by 7, or so they said. Decided to pick them up the next day, but I figured I would get a confirmation call that the job was complete. No call. Ever. Drove by the next morning and waited in line a good 20 minutes just to pick these up, because once again there was a huge line and only one person working. Oy vey! Last time I'll be coming here. While they did get them done correctly, multiple other factors have convinced me I need to go elsewhere next year.
