(Aka no acknowledgement or anything at all) I needed envelopes and cardstock and while I found an okay selection of cardstock, the customer service turned me off. Haley, a member of the management team in this store, spoke with me and tried to locate the frame. She was extremely knowledgeable and tried to help me find the item so that I could order it online. Unfortunately, the item was in fact out of stock, but Haley was fantastic with outstanding customer service!!! She did some research and provided me with a number of similar frames which were beautiful. Thank you very much!!!

This will definitely be the only place I buy ink in the future!

Passing through Cleveland. Spending one night across the street from the plaza. Decided to walk…read morearound and ended up in Target. Had several things in my cart. Only 4 self checkouts open with several customers waiting. One young man at the front. He opens a register to try to move the line along. Was checking out the 2 customers in front of me and tries to direct me to self checkout. I do not ring my own stuff up after spending my money at your store. Let him know I'd just go somewhere else. Now, I DO not blame this man. I blame the manager and the company for not fixing this. There should ALWAYS be at least one lane open for customers who do not feel comfortable ringing and bagging their own items after shopping at your establishment.

Grabbed one of the latest games and found a used hockey game I like for XboxOne. I went back to pay the difference. This guy was a little pushy about getting the strategy guide. I said no thanks and he tried to impress the importance of getting it. Not sure if I look like a sucker, but I was tired of saying no. If you guys are reading this, let No be NO. I love getting games there, because I know they will have them. But I don't like sales tactics. I understand they are going to be there, but don't piss off your customers. We may start buying games from Amazon. I may do that actually to avoid the hassle next time. Amazon Prime is sounding pretty good right now.
