Amongst plants added we are very fond of Nelly, our new Japanese Maple who we understand loves changing with the seasons! Marshall replanted our overgrown daylillies to the front of our house and added what we know will be gorgeous variegated pink azaleas for accent color and low maintenance! He included a birdbath and added a couple large stones even as late requests from us, even edged our ragged old front sidewalk to the front door with stone that fits in ever so nicely. Marshall has a remarkable work ethic. Shows up when he says he will, is diligent and responsible with his work and was careful of our property as he worked. He gave us a clear picture of what he planned and worked happily with us to incorporate our ideas. I recommend him to anyone who has landscaping needs. In just a few days, a dump truck from Whittlesey put the 12 yards of mulch on our driveway. A couple guys from Austinscapes were there that afternoon and by mid-day the next day, they had it all done. Turned out to be a perfect estimate on the amount of mulch needed and took less time to get done than I would have thought. They cleaned up nicely. What's not to like?

Upping stars to 3 for not ghosting entirely, but should not have taken a negative review to get a response. I provided a detailed project specification to this vendor 7 days ago--which is an attractive company given that they are covered by the Yelp Guarantee. They are stated to have an average 10 minute response time with a 65% response rate. Seven days later, I've heard nothing. So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.
