If they don't have it in stock, they are good about letting you know when it will be back in stock, they are great at help you figure out what products will work the best for what you're looking for. As a hair dresser we are expected to have the knowledge on every single thing and every single product & color ( but that's definitely not the case) so it's great to have help from RDA on the stuff I don't know! I love being able to go in and ask a question, or ask for a recommendation and be able to have a knowledgeable answer given to me. I want to warn anyone considering doing business with Buddy's Home Furnishings -- this company is…read moreunreliable, unprofessional, and unethical. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The prentice manager is a criminal They delivered the wrong furniture to my home and promised in writing that the correct items would arrive within two weeks. Two months later, nothing has been delivered. They initially changed the timeline to four weeks, then demanded another deposit, engaging in what is clearly a bait‑and‑switch tactic. On top of this, they have double charged me and are essentially taking money out of my account at will, with no explanation or accountability. I have recorded conversations with the manager who repeatedly made promises they never fulfilled, yelled at me, disrespected me, and treated me as if I was trying to "trick" them -- when all I wanted was what I paid for. There is no real corporate number, headquarters, or escalation option. You are completely at the mercy of the individual store you deal with. Their lack of accountability and transparency is shocking. This company needs to be shut down. They operate like a scam, leaving customers frustrated, out of money, and without recourse. Do not deal with Buddy's Home Furnishings. Protect yourself -- there are plenty of other reputable furniture providers who actually honor their promises. Buyer beware -- stay far away.

I worked with Grace, the owner of Wonace. Grace's help was invaluable and integral to getting me the wheelchair, power-assisted wheels, and seat cushion I needed. When I started the process to obtain new medical equipment I could not find a medical equipment company that would work with my insurance company. I have a medicare advantage plan that did not have established relationships with custom wheelchair vendors. I had to go out-of-network. It required extra effort on Grace's part to become an approved vendor. The other medical device companies I called, Travis Medical for example, did not want to be bothered. It took about 7 months from start to finish to receive the medical equipment. Grace and her company Wonace were there helping me every step of the way. Every obsticle medicare and my insurance company put in our path, Grace helped me overcome (and there were many). Her patience and professionalism through this long ordeal was exemplary. I have been using my new equipment for 3 months now and I am pleased. I highly recommend you use Wonace for all your medical supply and equpment needs. Thank you Grace, and Ola.
