I've been enjoying it ever since I first came to Katy, which was when we first came to this massive outlet mall. It's clean and spacious and the service is actually pretty nice compared to a couple of the other stores in a region that I didn't like nearly as much. Having said all that, the prices are so ridiculous and I really don't find much compared to regular Nike pricing. I don't know when they got so expensive, and the t-shirts and muscle shirts became so claustrophobic with such awful material that I just can't buy them anymore. (And no I didn't gain weight thx, I lost it). I honestly think as they get more expensive, their materials get way cheaper. But life goes on.

But I think that for some reason the Tanger Outlets have better prices than the Katy Outlets which aren't really outlets in the strictest definition of the word - but Barbie is my outlet. I received little to no assistance and was hardly acknowledged when I walked in. I was actively looking at shoes, and the sales associate remained seated at the register without offering help or asking if I needed a size. I found this to be quite rude, as basic customer service would be to acknowledge and assist someone who is clearly browsing. This experience was a sharp contrast to my previous visit and has made me reconsider returning.
