They have inept employees on the phone that are never going to be able to help you when they are rude and will hang up on you. Eventually that's going to lead to a payment not getting paid and your credit getting hit. I have over 10 credit cards and never had a problem with any of them and I pay them all off every month and this trash has now hurt my credit because they make it impossible for you to get through and talk to somebody that knows what they're doing never use their credit card.
