I felt the survey was optional and then we stated my voice would not be heard. I typically do not do a survey unless it is good so that I can give them a benefit of the doubt and do it another time. Additionally I feel the survey is optional so I do not understand the pressure to do one and to be lectured afterwards to do it. I can only guess the employees are pressured to get customers to complete one. Based on smell and my interaction with Sue (who was still very nice and trying her best to give good customer service) I will not be returning. She also put a lot of pressure for providing a phone number and signing up for the rewards. I probably just mistook her intentions but felt not so great after our interaction.There are some cheap deals inside so it should not put you off from checking it out. I do not anticipate anyone else having a less than positive experience while shopping there.

And I appreciate the outlet prices because most things are a bit pricy for my regular budget. But the quality of their clothes is top notch and lasts for years -- if you get their classic styles. Lately, I've been wearing their short and long sleeve tees a lot. They change the color of the polo logo over the years. Some of my older shirts are starting to fade and I came hoping to start replacing them. This holiday, they were holding a sale - 50% off all apparel and 25% off accessories. Unfortunately, they had very few tees. Also the ones they had were all crew neck style as opposed to vee or scoop necks. So I only bought one thing there... but I'm still glad I stopped in.

I bought the tables at Burlington and - carried them into Bealls, just to buy them again at a reduced price? That doesn't make sense. It's illegal to price an item - and then charge a higher price! Manager not impressed with my legal knowledge- Still for sale!! Two over priced tables! Say high to the manager for me.
