All of the clothes are discounted plus they often have sales on top of the discounts. I have been to the Sawgrass store but I really enjoyed this store more. This store is a little smaller but there is still plenty of merchandise. It is also quieter. Plus it is so much neater and cleaner! When I walked in several sales people immediately asked if they could help me. One walked around with me for a bit but I really wanted to browse for a while and get the lay of the land. When I was finally ready to try on a few things Sherry started to help me and she was amazing. I ended up being at the store for three hours and Sherry could not have been more patient as she ran to get me different sizes and gave some great suggestions! It was like having a personal shopper! Sherry even worked with me at check out to determine how I could get the best discounts. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well! They appear to be fully stocked and the employees were very friendly and about customer service. Sue at check out was very pushy when I decided not to do a survey at the end. I felt the survey was optional and then we stated my voice would not be heard. I typically do not do a survey unless it is good so that I can give them a benefit of the doubt and do it another time. Additionally I feel the survey is optional so I do not understand the pressure to do one and to be lectured afterwards to do it. I can only guess the employees are pressured to get customers to complete one. Based on smell and my interaction with Sue (who was still very nice and trying her best to give good customer service) I will not be returning. She also put a lot of pressure for providing a phone number and signing up for the rewards. I probably just mistook her intentions but felt not so great after our interaction.There are some cheap deals inside so it should not put you off from checking it out. I do not anticipate anyone else having a less than positive experience while shopping there.

I don't need any since I live in Fort Lauderdale, but I thought the $40 light down jackets were a very decent price. My good friend in NY had been on a multi month quest to find the perfect winter coat, so if you are from a colder climate this place is worth a look. There was a table near the register with super deep discounted footwear, as well as the usual standard selection nearby. They sell a lot of sporty apparel here, but also cooler bags, backpacks, hats, water bottles, purses, belts, sunglasses and more. I noticed apparel for all ages too.
