We stopped at the Vero Beach Outlets on our way home from a cruise and I'm really glad we decided to make the stop. The parking lot was relatively empty since the outlet had just opened, so it was nice being able to browse without feeling rushed or crowded. I stopped in several stores looking for stockings and ended up finding a pair of heels that I was really happy with. The customer service representatives I encountered were all incredibly nice. A few of them spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell me, but I never felt like it was aggressive or uncomfortable. I was still able to shop in relative peace, and a couple of the employees were especially helpful when I needed assistance finding some of the more obscure items. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. It was an easy and relaxing stop on the way home, and I'm glad we decided to swing by. read more

Ive been to several Outlet Shopping Centers throughout Florida off I95 and I75 but this one was completely dead. In 2018, the plaza had an extreme makeover and did visually appear modern and clean with an inviting vibe but thought there would be a bunch of eateries. Only saw a Cracker Barrel on the outskirts of the Outlet. It literally seemed that most of the businesses were closed since barely any vehicles were parked in the lot - not sure. Browsed two furniture stores at the east end with zero customers. The vast selection of the big commercial stores was excellent. Across the street getting gas and saw the big sign for the Vero outlets and went to shop. Not happy to see this place so empty and it has a lot of notable businesses. The parking lot had only a few cars. RH furniture store was my first stop near Calvin Klein. Wanted lunch but nothing here to eat - what is going on here? read more

I love these outlets. There aren't a whole lot of stores but they do have enough. It's never super crowded. They have so much parking. There's a Cracker Barrel close by. It's great for kids to run their energy out. It's just your typical island life Florida style outlet mall. Today adidas and Columbia had some great sales! Don't forget if you're military to ask for your discount! read more

This was once a great place to shop. Over the years it has gone downhill. Now it's horrible. There are no sales , prices are higher than online. In the last year, Nike, Croc and a bunch of other stores have left. Don't waste your time making the trip Go to Orlando or Daytona. read more

I've been to this outlet center hundreds of times. I'm not exaggerating. We used to come here several times a year -- either on the way to Cocoa Beach or to Orlando or anywhere we were heading to in north Florida. My husband used to have to stop here to do loss prevention audits on various retail companies. So some times, it was because I wanted to stop here to shop and sometimes because he was working and I would shop or browse to kill time until he was done. Usually I was here to take advantage of a particular sale. There are a couple stores I used to frequent. This time was because they'd started Black Friday sales early and Polo was offering a fifty percent discount off all apparel. So even though we weren't lingering in the area, I knew I could easily do a quick scouting/shopping trip here. On the day before Thanksgiving, they weren't very busy. There were plenty of spaces in the large parking lot. So it was a quick visit. I was able to find something I liked. I didn't get a chance to visit any of the other outlet stores here this time, but in the past they've had some very good buys. I did notice that Sketchers was offering early black Friday sales, too. Other stores here are Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein, Chicos, Coach, Michael Kors, and Gap among others. But even when it is not a holiday, it's worthwhile to shop the outlets of your favorite stores. I'm sure I'll be back next time we are passing by.... read more

Half the stores are closed. Lots of dead space. No restaurants. No coffee. Nothing to see or do here.

The outlets are smaller than I thought. It appears some stores have left. It's true that there are roof leaks in some stores, witness it myself. Just a big bucket in the middle of the store. Store selection is fine but could be better. Lots of well known stores are missing. Parking lot is huge. If they can fix the leaks and add a couple places it may improve. read more

After looking at this outlet store directory the only store that called my attention was a Ralph Lauren outlet. Be sure to sign up for their text coupons and you may have a 30% barcode to scan at the register. I purchased a navy blue summer blazer, original price $250 and I got it for after all discounts applied $70. I'm so super excited. I even did the Ralph Lauren online survey and the associates were friendly and most of all in the Florida hit. The store was wonderful and air conditioned. read more

You'll find all the typical outlet mall shops. The shopping center is cute. The stores' amount of inventory is not great. Sometimes the prices are the same as what you find in non-outlet stores. The exception is the Skechers store. It's well stocked and the clerks are helpful. Their prices and deals are good. It's the only store we go to. I can't remember if there is a place to eat. read more

Don't waste your time. We drove 2 hours to get there and what a waste. We checked their website on what stores on there -- THEY don't update their website for half the stores weren't there. Horrible. We used to shop there all the time for more than 20 years and it was wonderful back then. Not now. We will never be back -- ever. read more

There's plenty of parking. It's hard to see some of the signs of the stores from the parking lot. We spent about 1.5-2 hours there. We browsed crocs, gap, Calvin Klein, bealls, Clark's, famous footwear, & rack room shoes. Next time when I'm not shopping for my boys I'll check out coach & Michael Kors. Gap & CK had really good sales. What you would expect at an outlet. Clarks didn't have much of a selection. But it was nice, clean & great customer service. The rest of the stores were the usual prices. A few stores required masks. The majority encouraged them. There was a guy selling kettle corn. It's worth checking out. read more

Stopped in here on a Sunday morning to pick up a few bits of fashion but they sadly don't open for business until 11am. Bummer! What I can tell you is that this large and open outlet mall has a TON of parking. It's located right near the highway and it's easy to get back out and back onto I-95. Some shady parking spots. I'd have waited a bit but not an hour and a half to shop. I'm sure I'll be back again. [Review 10899 overall, 671 of 2019.] read more

I always enjoy coming to these Outlets located in Vero Beach, Florida just off of Interstate 95. The property is well-maintained and clean and they have a great selection of stores. It is within These stores that you can find some really great deals. You will find the big names here, names like Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, etc. There is something here that should interest almost anyone There is something here that should interest almost anyone so it should make for a pleasant shopping experience. It is not hard to find at all. Just get off on highway 60 in Vero Beach and it is maybe a half mile off of the highway. I would definitely recommend to visit here. As I said, you will find something or either yourself or for a gift to somebody else. Hey, maybe just make it a gift for yourself. read more

There are not many options in stores but if you have gone for a specific store than it might be worth it. I went specifically for Restoration Hardware Outlet that is usually why I have gone to Vero Beach Outlets before as well. In terms of stores- they have stores like Nike, Pole Ralph Lauren, Adidas, Carters, Jockey, Restoration Hardware, Design Within Reach, Samsonite, Rack Room Shoes, Gap, J.Crew, Crocs, Children's Place etc. Far as spacing/size goes most of these stores have less inventory compared to bigger outlet locations. With the covid situation- many people were not wearing masks when I went to these outlets (June 2020). Some stores have listed please wear masks inside the stores but some people are not following these rules. So if it's the weekend or it's busy then this place might not be a good option. read more

I made a quick stop here on my drive from Orlando back to Fort Lauderdale. This outlet is a mere half mile from the exit, so it's very easy on and off the highway. I was here on a week day and this place was very quiet. I did notice a fair amount of vacant store fronts. The outlets are spread out all around the parking lot. I only bought 1 or 2 small items, but if you are doing massive shopping I think this would be convenient for putting bags into the trunk. There was no food court here, but I did spot a cart on the sidewalk selling things like burgers and hot dogs. This is definitely the least busy outlet mall I haver ever been to in Florida, but that works for me. One small negative, I found it hard to locate a restroom. I did eventually locate one, but not sure where or if there were any others. I thought they had a decent selection of outlets even with the many vacant shops. read more

The manager Richie at the Ralph Lauren Polo store is by far the worst representative for the Ralph Lauren Polo brand he was obnoxious, arrogant and argumentative NOT at all helpful and is not indicative of what I think should represent the BRAND. Basic run of the mill outlet center. Ample parking in the center of it all. Stores are super spread out but there is a golf cart type shuttle to get you from one spot to another if you need it. This is a nice array of shops in the Vero Beach area that has a nice selection. Overall, the stores were nice- I would have liked to have more oof them or a better selections but overall it is what it is. I think the main issue is the selection of the items of the stores. Maybe after the holidays they haven't gotten many trucks since then. Most of the items were the same old same old that people didn't want. Plenty of shops that tailor to both men and women. Obviously I'm more partial the men's clothing and the outlets are near to plenty of food and other shopping centers. This would be a nice place to stop on a rainy day or on the way in and out of town. read more

It's been a few years since we hit the outlets here. There are many empty storefronts here...could be because of the COVID crisis shutting down businesses. We still had luck at Gap, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, The Loft, the Children's Place and Adidas. I see that many people complaining lack of discounts but that can be solved by signing up for memberships which will cost you nothing, and provide discounts and sales. We saved 30-40% on almost everything. This place needs more brands and franchises to fill the empty buildings to pull in more customers. A cafe or deli along with a coffee shop & bakery would help too. read more

Strictly reviewing the Outlet Mall, they don't make, mange or enforce the tenant's policies. Pros - Conveniently located near I-95 with easy on and off access. - Very well maintained, the grounds are clean and well kept, every property is freshly painted. - The parking lots are large and centrally located which makes this very convenient for the shopper and you can access many of the stores no matter where you park with minimum walking. - Security is in plain site and visible for all to see and they are very nice and accommodating. - Plenty of Free Parking - Close proximity to Vero with plenty of restaurant options close by. - Nice selection of stores considering its size - Not much shelter from the frequent and sudden Florida afternoon thunderstorms. - No Starbucks There aren't a lot of brand stores located here that I shop at but there are a few unique businesses that makes the drive worthwhile. read more

I believe this outlet will be closed next 2-3 years. the few open stores has not merchandise and most staff think they doing a favor to answer any questions. OK this is not the biggest outlet store in the world but for someone like me who stops by only when I need to it isn't bad. We were in the area visiting friends and figured it would be the perfect place to stop to get some things we needed. The layout isn't great but this is Florida so as long is its not raining you are good since its and outdoor shopping mall. More like a large strip mall really. Its OK, maybe not a destination for someone who needs to hit all stores (go to Sawgrass in SoFla for that) but to get a few things not bad. read more

I've been visiting these outlet locations for the past 6 or 7 years and I have seen this outlet mall undergo some changes... Have said goodbye to some greats and hello to some goodies... My ultimate favorite is the Banana Republic store in there, there seems to always be an amazing sale/discount comparative to the stores in the 'regular' malls... I have seen a few good 'home' stores like Mikasa go and have seen the arrival of BCBG and some other great ones. Ann Taylor Loft is also a great stop in and see what's new... The last two times I've visited, there does not seem to be as many people shopping and enjoying the array of shops but still a significant amount. read more

The outlets here in Vero are definitely a "go-to" for shopping if want to just blow some money lol. I would look up what stores are there before you go because they don't have toooooo many options compared to other outlet malls I've been to around FL but it is still decent. There's great deals wherever you go. There are CLEAN bathrooms in case you need to go while you are there. I didn't see a food court, I could be wrong because I didn't go to every store throughout the outlets here but I did not see any places to stop & eat besides a popcorn truck near the restrooms. In conclusion, it was a pleasant experience. Nothing that stood out from any other outlet mall. But I would recommend if you are in the area & want to spend your money lol read more

Today, August 14, 2021, my husband and I visited the Vero Beach Outlets in Vero Beach, FL where we also reside. Shopper's be aware before heading there that many of the stores we tried to patronize require a facemask whether one is vaccinated or not. What a disappointment! We are going backwards and controlled by our government in order to scare the people into accepting mail in voting come 2022. The young "lady" in the office there attempted to scold me and warn me that "people are getting sick and dying" for not wearing masks. I am old enough to know better and don't need to be lectured by an inexperienced girl. By the way, the very large parking lot there was nearly empty which speaks volumes. After leaving without a single purchase we headed to the Indian River Mall and same situation. Vero will die out unless this nonsense ceases. Sorry that I must return to online shopping. read more

They have a lot of stores that are NOT outlet prices. They need a Starbucks and a luncheonette.

Tanger is nicer and the stores are running at about 30% vacancy. The layout is vast so be prepared to walk. Stores were nice, deals were fair, and customer service was on point at every store. There are no places to eat. read more

Nice outdoor outlet that has ample parking. It's conveniently near the highway so it could be a quick shop-through place if you ever need a break from travelling. I stopped by here when I had a couple of hours to kill before dinner. Initially, it was kind of off-putting to see some of the empty store fronts and the store selections were definitely geared toward a specific age group. Anyway, the outlet definitely covers your basic brands, but it's not a final fashion destination type of place. read more

I guess the mediocre reviews are speaking mostly about the shops offered at this outlet mall. There's not too much to see, and it is very easy to get through this shopping center really quickly. It is very practical in that it has a variety, but for me, I wish it had some more stores, like H&M, Kate Spade or Lucky Brand. It's an okay outlet, but not one I go out of my way for. The outlets in Orlando are much better. read more
