I loved everything about my visit to this antique mall. Vintage Vero is in a historic Beaux Art Era building that was designed by Frederick Trimble in the Spanish Mission revival style. When it was built it was at the intersection of then Osceola Blvd. and Seminole Ave. In 1914 it was Farmer's Bank but the bank failed in the Great Depression. It then became the Indian River Citrus Bank. In 1983, the buildings were sold to The Vero Furniture Mart.
In 2020 the building was sold once again and it is now Vintage Vero, a consignment store/ antique mall with 18 different dealers. There are multiple rooms of furniture, art, collectibles, ceramics, home goods. There is even a room with clothing and jewelry. My favorites were a chrome raindrop mirror, alligator magnifying glass, and mid century patio set. Prices arranged from under a hundred to many thousands of dollars. There is a lot to look at and the owners sweetly let me take my time. read more
