I loved the store until today. I tried on two pairs of sandals and when trying the first pair again the sales rep ( a tall lady) shouts across the store and says to me "where are the other ones?". In a Very unprofessional way . I have purchased lots of designer items there in the past but I'll never go there again. That's not the way she should treat any customer. read more

I Went to this store today with a friend from Santa Barbara to show off our local consignment shops. Don't understand how a small business can afford to stay open with such a snotty attitude. The woman did not great us or ask if we needed help and when we tried to speak with her she basically blew us off. Saw a pair of huge, very dirty Chanel sandals for $1,100.00. Personally I wouldn't have take them from a free box. I do NOT recommend this over-priced snooty (for no good reason) store at all. Don't waste your time. read more

This store is fabulous with a beautiful selection of designer clothes for approachable prices! I was visiting my mom from San Francisco and ended up leaving with a new wardrobe. The customer service was so lovely. I don't know what these other negative reviews are about. It's a definite hit list! read more

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could help it. I had an item on consignment at their shop. They sold it & kept more than half the profits and chose to not call and let me know about the sale. Very disappointing experience. I was in the store for approximately 15 minutes. During this time neither the owner or her sales associate greeted me, acknowledged me as a customer, or asked if I needed help. They were too busy putting up a new display in the window to bother with a customer. The prices are high and I won't buy there again. There are plenty of other consignment shops in town where the staff is pleasant, helpful, and know how to treat a customer. read more

Don't do it! I took brand new (tags still on it) clothes. Went back to check McLaughlin Dress (tags on it) 2 weeks later. Said they donated it! Really? Said I should have called 10 days. Too persnickety. Also they sold a pair of my designer shoes to other customer. Two weeks later I went in they gave me broken shoes back. Said customer wore them but they broke and they refunded her money. They said she was an excellent customer. Really? I never went back there again. Something not right there. read more

Do Not Bring Your Clothing Here! I brought a number of items for consignment to Labels recently. Luckily a friend warned me to make a list as they do not provide a detailed receipt. The woman who accepted my clothes requested I call in two weeks as they were backed up due to Hurricane Matthew. At that time I would be informed what items they would accept for consignment. To make a long story short, I decided to pick up my clothes after two weeks as when I called they said they had not been reviewed. Upon doing so, half the items were missing. After some discussion I was informed that as per the contract, they had been donated after 10 days. No one denied that I had been told to call in two weeks. The entire transaction left a very bad impression about the business practice of this store. If you ever go sign there I would suggest you arrive with a very detailed list of items and have someone sign off on it. read more

I understand why Labels was voted best in resale. I shop consignment stores all over the country and Labels is by far my favorite!  When ever I get back to Vero Beach it's my first stop. Great Labels at great prices. The sales staff is pleasant and very helpful. They offer customers bottled water while you shop! Labels decor reminds me of Neiman Marcus. I have also had great success consigning my clothes at Labels. Everything sold. Thank You Labels! read more
