I was greeted by a friendly sales associate, I think her name was Anne. This store has a TON of purses, but they also had watches, wallets, wristlets, sunglasses, jewelry, footwear, keychains and coats. Coach almost always has some kind of promotional sale going on. These outlets have a small clearance section as well. I didn't buy anything, but it was fun to look around.

It is a few strands of shiny colorful tinsel-like strands catch your eye. They charge $20 for putting in 6 to 8 strands. They were both very happy when they left. Unfortunately, all the strands fell out of my cousin's hair the next day and half fell out of my wife's hair. A call to the store revealed that they just don't give a damn. Today was my husbands first time getting fitted for a suit. We had no idea what to expect or what…read morewe were doing. My best friend is getting married and they choose Jos. A. Bank to order the groomsmen' suits. The suits are pricy BUT we get to keep the suit, which is awesome. The suits are very well made. So as he's getting measured for the suit that the groom and bride picked out we go to order it and they were all sold out of that color and that type. Well we started to freak, thinking how he's not going to match anyone and he's going to be different and the bride is going to be so upset. I thought we were going to mess the whole wedding up...thank god for Jessica. She had so much confidence in her face as she started pulling out a bunch of different options and color matching and she even took us outside to show us the colors in the daylight! So now I'm thinking, "wow she's good" So I start sending pictures to the bride and we finally come to a decision. The color is so close you can't even see the difference unless they are right on top of each other. Turns out this new suit is better material!! Now the fun starts. Since the bride and groom have picked out the suits for the groomsmen they come how they come. Well, since he's getting a different suit (that looks exactly the same) he gets to pick out his own fabric, inside color, and pattern. He really likes paisleys but he also really liked the different fabric they had. I guess that's important for the sleeve part to be comfortable in the suit. So Jessica turns around and suggested that he did the paisleys on the inside torso part and the really nice fabric on the sleeve part. Perfect! He got what he wanted. So now we're almost done and she calls him over and tells him he can stitch up to 16 characters inside the suit. With spaces included his name is exactly 16 characters long, almost like it was meant to be. Turns out the suit is a little more expensive than the original one but Jessica did us a huge favor and price matched the original suit. She really made our experience one of a kind and we can't wait to go back and try on the different shoes and ties with his brand new custom made tailored suit that he gets to KEEP for a great price. I definitely recommend Jos. A . Bank in vero for all your suit and wedding needs. They made us feel so rich, and the suits come in very fast!

I bought a ring for my wife in Vero Beach in the fine jewelry dept.They had to size it and it came…read moreback sized wrong the ring never left the store with us.Then they sent it back to correct there mistake so now we're waiting .Well they called and said it arrived so my wife and me went and picked it up on a Friday Monday she was getting ready for work and noticed platting was coming off.I drove back wanting my money back they said no it had been over 45 days.This was not right when it took so long for my wife to receive her ring.We did pay for the life time pertiction plan so it went back out and this whole process well take around two months.Now to find out the manager said it was over 45 days she could not give me my money back on my card wich she was wrong we bought the ring on Sept 28 I came back in Oct 21 this is not there policy it was less than 30 days.It seems they were very nice when we bought the ring ,but when I wanted a refund they were very rude meaning the store manager.
