I stopped in several stores looking for stockings and ended up finding a pair of heels that I was really happy with. The customer service representatives I encountered were all incredibly nice. A few of them spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell me, but I never felt like it was aggressive or uncomfortable. I was still able to shop in relative peace, and a couple of the employees were especially helpful when I needed assistance finding some of the more obscure items. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. It was an easy and relaxing stop on the way home, and I'm glad we decided to swing by.

The store was totally empty when I arrived mid-day, but most of the other stores were quiet too I didn't buy anything, but I really liked the sports themed purses and accessories. They had some really cute New York Yankees items. I see that they also carry Longchamp style bags, which is nylon style tote. Some of the items here looked kind of dated, the multi-colored items were very circa 2002. I spotted one table with clearance of up to 70% off as well.

I felt the survey was optional and then we stated my voice would not be heard. I typically do not do a survey unless it is good so that I can give them a benefit of the doubt and do it another time. Additionally I feel the survey is optional so I do not understand the pressure to do one and to be lectured afterwards to do it. I can only guess the employees are pressured to get customers to complete one. Based on smell and my interaction with Sue (who was still very nice and trying her best to give good customer service) I will not be returning. She also put a lot of pressure for providing a phone number and signing up for the rewards. I probably just mistook her intentions but felt not so great after our interaction.There are some cheap deals inside so it should not put you off from checking it out. I do not anticipate anyone else having a less than positive experience while shopping there.

Today was my husbands first time getting fitted for a suit. We had no idea what to expect or what…read morewe were doing. My best friend is getting married and they choose Jos. A. Bank to order the groomsmen' suits. The suits are pricy BUT we get to keep the suit, which is awesome. The suits are very well made. So as he's getting measured for the suit that the groom and bride picked out we go to order it and they were all sold out of that color and that type. Well we started to freak, thinking how he's not going to match anyone and he's going to be different and the bride is going to be so upset. I thought we were going to mess the whole wedding up...thank god for Jessica. She had so much confidence in her face as she started pulling out a bunch of different options and color matching and she even took us outside to show us the colors in the daylight! So now I'm thinking, "wow she's good" So I start sending pictures to the bride and we finally come to a decision. The color is so close you can't even see the difference unless they are right on top of each other. Turns out this new suit is better material!! Now the fun starts. Since the bride and groom have picked out the suits for the groomsmen they come how they come. Well, since he's getting a different suit (that looks exactly the same) he gets to pick out his own fabric, inside color, and pattern. He really likes paisleys but he also really liked the different fabric they had. I guess that's important for the sleeve part to be comfortable in the suit. So Jessica turns around and suggested that he did the paisleys on the inside torso part and the really nice fabric on the sleeve part. Perfect! He got what he wanted. So now we're almost done and she calls him over and tells him he can stitch up to 16 characters inside the suit. With spaces included his name is exactly 16 characters long, almost like it was meant to be. Turns out the suit is a little more expensive than the original one but Jessica did us a huge favor and price matched the original suit. She really made our experience one of a kind and we can't wait to go back and try on the different shoes and ties with his brand new custom made tailored suit that he gets to KEEP for a great price. I definitely recommend Jos. A . Bank in vero for all your suit and wedding needs. They made us feel so rich, and the suits come in very fast!
