Yuri in the perfume and cologne section was super helpful and sweet! He helped me pick out just what I needed and gave me some samples of perfume he thought I would like. I got scammed. I was looking at the cologne trying to find one right for me, and the lady recommended one so I tried it and the sample bottle smelt so good and it was the cheapest one out of all the overpriced colognes they had so I bought it (it was still 87 bucks). I tried it on today and it smelt terrible and it only lasted for a couple hours, and the worst part is I can't even return this shit cologne. I do not recommend shopping for cologne here. read more

Shopping here really is a pleasure. The salespeople are very helpful, don't rush you and are not pushy in the slightest. There is an ocean of parking because of the closure of many of the stores in this mall. I can only hope that we don't lose this story to the same fate. Give it a try! read more

Recently we visited The Dillards in Vero Beach , Florida and purchased a man's dress shirt from a salesperson by the name of Godfrey . He was OUTSTANDING, the attention he gave us in making sure it was the correct fit was very impressive. LINGERIE​ DEPT HEAD WINSOME WENT ABOVE & BEYOND! I was so impressed with the department head, Winsom at Dillard's​. I was racing from Hurricane Florence directly from major surgery. I needed a compression garment like a Spanx but couldn't find the type I needed. I finally got to the ​family; escaping the hurricane and called the intimates department at Dillard's in Vero Beach. I got Winsome and told her my predicament​. She was on it in a hot minute. But, because she was so far from where I was​ convalescing​ from the hurricane and surgery, she had the items overnighted to me so I could recieve them in time to return home from the storm. She called to check in and was tracking the shipment to completion. Nowhere​ by were I was staying had these garments... it was crazy... not a single store except hers which was hours away. All I have to say is that Winsome, I think your an amazing, thoughtful person to have helped me and gone soooo far above and beyond. Thank you for all your help and support. Much love! read more

Dillard's is off my shopping list. Is it too difficult to instruct your employees to tell the customer you have a 30 day return policy? "I do make the rules!" "reed the sign by the cash register and on your receipt" Now who reads an 8 x 11 framed letter in small font or turns the receipt over to read the light blue fine print. Due to my 95 year old mother breaking her foot which lead me to move her to an assistant living residence I was late. I thought department stores were more lenient. read more
