Today was my husbands first time getting fitted for a suit. We had no idea what to expect or what…read morewe were doing. My best friend is getting married and they choose Jos. A. Bank to order the groomsmen' suits. The suits are pricy BUT we get to keep the suit, which is awesome. The suits are very well made. So as he's getting measured for the suit that the groom and bride picked out we go to order it and they were all sold out of that color and that type. Well we started to freak, thinking how he's not going to match anyone and he's going to be different and the bride is going to be so upset. I thought we were going to mess the whole wedding up...thank god for Jessica. She had so much confidence in her face as she started pulling out a bunch of different options and color matching and she even took us outside to show us the colors in the daylight! So now I'm thinking, "wow she's good" So I start sending pictures to the bride and we finally come to a decision. The color is so close you can't even see the difference unless they are right on top of each other. Turns out this new suit is better material!! Now the fun starts. Since the bride and groom have picked out the suits for the groomsmen they come how they come. Well, since he's getting a different suit (that looks exactly the same) he gets to pick out his own fabric, inside color, and pattern. He really likes paisleys but he also really liked the different fabric they had. I guess that's important for the sleeve part to be comfortable in the suit. So Jessica turns around and suggested that he did the paisleys on the inside torso part and the really nice fabric on the sleeve part. Perfect! He got what he wanted. So now we're almost done and she calls him over and tells him he can stitch up to 16 characters inside the suit. With spaces included his name is exactly 16 characters long, almost like it was meant to be. Turns out the suit is a little more expensive than the original one but Jessica did us a huge favor and price matched the original suit. She really made our experience one of a kind and we can't wait to go back and try on the different shoes and ties with his brand new custom made tailored suit that he gets to KEEP for a great price. I definitely recommend Jos. A . Bank in vero for all your suit and wedding needs. They made us feel so rich, and the suits come in very fast!

In 2018, the plaza had an extreme makeover and did visually appear modern and clean with an inviting vibe but thought there would be a bunch of eateries. Only saw a Cracker Barrel on the outskirts of the Outlet. It literally seemed that most of the businesses were closed since barely any vehicles were parked in the lot - not sure. Browsed two furniture stores at the east end with zero customers. The vast selection of the big commercial stores was excellent. I went to the store to purchase a wireless headset for my four year old. I did not see it on the…read morefloor so I asked an employee. The employee looked for it on a handheld device and told me that there is no wireless headset available for children in the store. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.

Employee's were helpful when I asked about a certain collection & bag style. 4 stars because one Employee kept suggesting different bags when I didn't ask for help, it was annoying because none were close to the collection/style I had inquired about upon entering.
