Primary just to browse, I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked me, if I needed any help or had anything in mind since they were having such a great sale. Looked around and of course my change of the season passion is boots. I found myself surrounded by a most definitely excellent selection. Very good prices, colors and styles. The best part is my size was readily available which was a treat. I must confess I am a 6 1/2 for some reason they seem to go quickly most shoe stores. This store is definitely very clean a big plus. Well organized, quiet environment and best of all the employees are not pushy they do inform you that they're just there in case you need them. I did Noticed they had an incredible assortment of shoes and socks for kids. Since Christmas is around the corner. You may want to keep in mind before the rush that there are some really good buys at this store for your little ones or teenagers. The men's department had a good selection from sneakers, sandals, boots and sport shoes such as deck shoes. Lots of purses and accessories for the ladies and for the children. I will be back to the store to take more pictures. *** since, they have the most whimsical holiday socks at reduced prices. Enjoy your shopping looking for great deals. The Women's Refuge was founded in 1997 by Donna Lee Robart and husband Ted for people who are experiencing emotional, mental, and spiritual problems. Proceeds from this thrift store go to supporting programs at the Women's Refuge which includes a Christian residential program for women, support groups, and a biblical counseling center for men, women, and families. The Women's Refuge Resale Shop sells a wide range of clothing, accessories, household items, furniture, art, home decor, and more. Everything was neatly organized and clearly marked with a price. Interestingly the prices were compared with what similar items are selling for Poshmark and Chairish. First time I have seen that. On the day I visited they were having a lot of additional sales including 60 percent off dresses and pants. For even more thrifting fun, the Tambourine Resale Store is next door and there is another Women's Refuge store across the parking lot selling furniture and antiques. The Women's Refuge does a lot of good in the community so you can feel good about volunteering, shopping, and donating here.

I bought a ring for my wife in Vero Beach in the fine jewelry dept.They had to size it and it came…read moreback sized wrong the ring never left the store with us.Then they sent it back to correct there mistake so now we're waiting .Well they called and said it arrived so my wife and me went and picked it up on a Friday Monday she was getting ready for work and noticed platting was coming off.I drove back wanting my money back they said no it had been over 45 days.This was not right when it took so long for my wife to receive her ring.We did pay for the life time pertiction plan so it went back out and this whole process well take around two months.Now to find out the manager said it was over 45 days she could not give me my money back on my card wich she was wrong we bought the ring on Sept 28 I came back in Oct 21 this is not there policy it was less than 30 days.It seems they were very nice when we bought the ring ,but when I wanted a refund they were very rude meaning the store manager.

Last Saturday I drove down to Ocean Drive, intent on "shopping small". My 1st stop was The Beach Shop. I was very disappointed to see that NONE of the employees wearing masks! One young employee followed me upstairs to the sale room & literally hovered over me - maskless - as I browsed the racks of sale clothing. Do these people not know there's a pandemic going on? I'm in the age group that's at risk if I get covid-19, & my husband has underlying health issues. So I won't be shopping at The Beach Shop this season unless their employees start wearing masks & practice Social Distancing.

Threads Boutique and Consignment is located in an area off of Dixie Hwy that has a number of…read moreantique, thrift, and consignment stores in Vero Beach. In the same plaza as Threads is the Antique Workshop and Estate Sales of Vero Beach. There is some parking in front of the building but also in a gravel lot on the side. This cute boutique is actually quite large and has two rooms selling gently used, name brand clothes and accessories from Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton, Johnny Was, and Lilly Pulitzer to name a few. I especially loved the colorful Lily Pulitzer dresses. They have a sale system where one star is 25 percent off and 2 star is 50 percent off. Since this is consignment expect higher prices than say a thrift store but still discounted off of retail price. Note that all sales are final, no exceptions. Unfortunately I came in 15 minutes before closing and they sure let me know it. Perhaps if I find myself in the area again I'll come back (earlier).

I went to the store to purchase a wireless headset for my four year old. I did not see it on the…read morefloor so I asked an employee. The employee looked for it on a handheld device and told me that there is no wireless headset available for children in the store. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.
