I also like, how some items are still out of my price range, but not everything, so it's a good mix. And lets talk about the shoe selection, it's awesome! Hate to say it, but way better then the selection at the neighboring TJ Maxx. It's easy to find what you're looking for, and items are usually organized by label, or at least by type (ie outerwear, jeans, sweaters..etc) so you know exactly what you're looking at, instead of going on a "needle in a hay stack" hunt like you would at above mentioned TJ Maxx. I hate returning things and was dreading this return... Ashley, at the Norwood store turned this all around with excellent customer service and a desire to "save" this customer....
