Sean was contracted to replace all the carpet in one of our rentals. He sent his vendor out and they did all the rooms besides a back room. We missed it on the proposal because we're out of state and didn't realize it was overlooked. My house cleaner caught the room wasn't carpeted and called it out. At that time I announced it to Sean and hounded him weekly for well over a month to complete the small room. Mind you I cannot rent this place out unless the job is done so I'm losing out on rental income. You can see from the text thread that he gave us the run around to the point we had to fire him and tell him we're moving forward with another company. He offered to call and I agreed. Unfortunately no call. When he followed up I reiterated that we were done with his company. Today, August 15th, he announces he needs to be paid for the back room as it's finally finished. This guy was fired! He's also a liar as you can tell from the text exchange and now he's threatening to put a lien on the home. He was fired and let himself into my home weeks after and is now demanding money AFTER he was fired. A contractor can not return to a property after being fired and then demand payment for work they were not authorized to do. You've been warned. Don't use this guy. He's terrible.
