She wanted to argue with that I had to pay for shipping. Told her I was not paying for shipping it was damaged. She did not ask if I wanted another one or what was wrong with it. She just wanted to argue. Anyway they refunded the shipping cost and then she looked at me and said we will not refund another shipping cost.
