It is by appointment ONLY and no one will even tell you this if you are a first time buyer - you might as well be one of the fixtures for all of the attention you will get. That said, once you get an appointment, the sales personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful - until you walk out the door. We had a bathroom remodel and their subcontractor broke the mirror over the sink. Upon calling, they insisted we go through our plumbing contractor (who had nothing to do with this guy). They pass the buck on everything. The subcontractor installed a new counter top and there was fine dust embedded in all of the cabinetry which I still can't get out completely. Our plumber was baffled as to why it would be his problem. Famous has done well and they have become quite arrogant in dealing with customers. I will shop elsewhere next time.
