The building itself is an old structure from Akron's industrial past, and it's great to see a business thriving there. Shopping in the summer is fine but during the fall, winter and spring is not worth the trip. The roof leaks on materials and there is always water on the floor. We saw 4 large critters running around the clutter. They probably had better service with one location but they cannot manage two stores. Your phone calls will not get returned and you have to physically go to the store to ask a question. All the positive reviews are by friends and family and not actual customers.

It would take like a couple days of work and for what reason I cannot imagine, he wont get it done. I had to hire a lawyer to get my cherry milled. I keep running into folks that say they've had problems with him completing work as well. His own employees said he has dozens of unfinished work and the out of state projects can't even sue him because cross-state litigation is so difficult. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GET NEAR THIS GUY. He's very nice and personable but for some reason can't seem to get anything done.
