Look elsewhere. If you want chipped saw cuts, Lombardi Concrete is the company for you…read more I brought the issue to his attention the same day the cuts were made, and his response was that he wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars to make it right. Unfortunately, I had already made the final payment. One of his workers told me while they were packing up that the reason the cuts looked that way was because he believed a dull blade may have been used. Now, three summers later, the cut lines continue to cave in. When I called to ask if there was any type of filler or solution to help correct the issue, I was told he doesn't warranty his work, and then he hung up on me. Very disappointing experience.

NIGHTMARE- I grew up as Jamie's neighbor, he was friends with my brothers, and we stayed in touch…read moreafter 40 years so naturally I considered him when remodeling my kitchen. What a mistake!!! He left $56,500 worth of cabinetry in the sweltering heat and humidity in Florida 'Beverly Hillbilly' style with over 100 degree heat index and forecasted storms without my prior consent or knowledge that he didn't schedule his installer to arrive for more than a week away! He drove off without even mentioning that detail. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! I've been left with no choice other than to bring the details and the facts to the court for a matter of public record and not public opinion. These photos speak for themselves otherwise. Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000... Also, he IS YOUR employee and installer, you delivered the cabinets in HIS dump trailer covered in a tarp with no packing materials, YOU scheduled him to come down for install and recover his dump trailer, and you REIMBURSED him for his travel expenses. I was introduced to him by YOU!
