R&S gave a labor estimate for my project with much higher labor costs than it would really take…read more Not in the business, I didn't know any better. Before signing, we asked how long the project would take. They said it would take 4 to 5 days, which somewhat justified the high labor price for the 4 workers and the Project Leader. The project actually only took 2 days but, I got no credit for the lesser project time. To justify the gap, they jumped the previously quoted charge out rate from $90 /man/hr to $150 - $200/man/hr. I wish I had gotten more in writing. "Buyer beware".

They also have some cool Halloween decor. I freaked OUT when I walked past the werewolf displayed. It is life size and APPARENTLY motion-activated, because it growled at me and moved when I walked by. TERRIFYING! There was also a Pennywise next to it, and that one looked like it potentially was about to move to, and fortunately he did *not* move or talk or laugh or whatever it is he does, otherwise I may have flat-out screamed like a girl.
