I asked him, "Do you think I want a mocha?" and without hesitation he said yes! We both laughed, and then he suggested adding vanilla, which had me completely sold. Then he started talking to my daughter about a couple of other drink options, and wow--he had me reconsidering my whole order! My daughter reminded me that I don't like prickly pear, but Hunter kindly let me sample it anyway. Sure enough, I still didn't like it--but he made it sound so delicious and refreshing that I almost believed I would! We left already planning our next visit just to see Hunter again. If you get the chance to have an encounter with him, take it! He truly knows the products and how to market them. And most importantly--the drinks were excellent!!!

The parking lot is small, but there were plenty of spots when I got there. I was greeted as soon as I entered. It was a pretty slow morning for the cafe, so it was quiet inside. The coffee was perfect - well balanced and smooth. Ron said the he owns a coffee farm in Costa Rica (where he is from), but he sources his beans from around the world, depending on where the best beans are from at a particular time of year.
