Thankfully, I found The Original Cabinet Experts, and they absolutely saved our kitchen. From the very beginning, the owner, Sam, was incredible to work with. He made sure both my boyfriend and I were happy every step of the process. He took the time to explain exactly how they would restore our cabinets and why their woodworking expertise would preserve the integrity of the original wood instead of just covering up mistakes. In addition to refinishing our cabinets, we upgraded to beautiful new soft-close wood drawers and replaced all of our old hinges with soft-close hardware. The transformation is unbelievable. You would never know the cabinets were once a dark cherry wood color, or that I had attempted a DIY paint job before they came to the rescue! One thing that really stood out was the communication. Throughout the entire project, Sam and his team kept us updated on the progress and were always available to answer any questions. That level of customer service made the whole experience stress-free. One moment that really impressed me happened after the project was finished. My boyfriend was home when the work was completed, but I was still at the office. Sam called to ask what I thought of the kitchen. When I told him I hadn't seen it yet and was only going by what my boyfriend had said, he didn't just thank me and move on. Instead, he told me to take a look when I got home and give him a call afterward because he genuinely wanted to hear my opinion. That personal touch really meant a lot. There were also a couple of very minor issues that we noticed after the installation. I called Sam, and without hesitation or any pushback, he apologized and immediately sent his crew out the very next morning. They addressed everything perfectly, and now the finished product is absolutely flawless. We are beyond happy with our new kitchen.
