The former Weitzes Toyota "repaired" it for $900, only for the oil light to come back on. Their solution was that I should consider buying a new vehicle rather than addressing the issue. Mark was aghast at that suggestion. He recommended an oil change with a high-zinc content, asked me to monitor the oil, and return when it dropped by 1L. The issue was resolved for under $200, and I was able to keep the vehicle for several more years. On another occasion, an extended family member's Venza had a non-functioning left high beam. The dealership ed a very expensive and unnecessary $3,000+ repair to replace the entire headlight assembly. Mark identified the actual part causing the problem and resolved the issue for less than a third of the dealership's quote. He is straightforward, honest, and genuinely has his customers' best interests at heart. In fact, if your vehicle is no longer worth repairing, he will tell you honestly to get rid of it. I have happily recommended friends and family members to Mark-Caesar's, and they have become regular customers who all sing his praises.
