it is october 2025. stunning work at a low price on my C-7 corvette! they gave me a very fair estimate and then the final bill was LESS! the body man did perfect work. the paint man is an artist. they have an excellent reputation. this is a one-of-a-kind car and i intend to keep it a long time. it's rare today to get such excellent work at a low price. a 10 year old car now looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. read more

I dropped off my vehicle on 1-20-26. I was told I would have it back by 2-12-26. I received text messages (as late as 2-9-26) telling me my car was on time for delivery today. When I called to get a time to pick it up, I was told that some of the parts were broken when received and need to be reordered and the car would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday (4-5) days late. When I asked when the broken parts were ordered again, I was told just yesterday. How is that possible unless the parts just arrived. I would not know because the woman who answered the phone and was relaying this information to me was incredibly short and rude with me. I asked to speak with the estimator who is doing the work on my car (and the person she was getting the information from). She asked for my number and once I gave it to her, she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to answer. I was not swearing or saying anything about anyone personally, I was simply expressing my need to get more information as I am unclear how this is being delayed. It will almost be a month since I dropped the car off. There was $8000 worth of damage (according to their estimate). Maybe that takes a month, I am no expert, but I feel like that timing is very much on the outside of what I would expect. Hopefully, I never have a need to have my car repaired after an accident again, but if I do, I WILL NOT be returning to this shop and would definitely not recommend you do either! read more

My Camaro had damage from a storm that came through the area. Collison Express took their time and made a great repair. When I returned home I found a place where the paint had chipped and I hadn't found it when I picked up the car. Collison Express is making it right. I put in a review thinking I could update it and I made a mistake in the ratings review. It made the company sound like they did a poor job. This is not the case. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. This review will be long, but the condensed version is this: -I was fooled by the good reviews and figured the bad ones were one-offs but I couldn't be more disappointed with the service completed here. -I've had to return the vehicle for "additional" repairs, and they still fail to fix what's broken. -I resorted to taking the vehicle to the dealership and paying out of pocket for repairs and getting reimbursed by my insurance. -There is no attention to detail. -There is no quality assurance. -They have no pride in their work. -They just want the check from the insurance company, they don't care about your family's safety or your car's functionality. They are quick to work with your insurance company to get your car in for repairs but then its downhill from there. Vehicle with front end damage was repaired. -1st time to go pick it up, warning lights on dash and errors about ignition switch. I had to wait for them to fix the car again. Fixed in under 2 hours. -Drive off the lot and car is overheating within 3 blocks, drive back and drop it off. Fixed within 7 days. -2nd time I pick it up. Car runs ok but lane assist and cruise control not working. I took the car to the local dealership, and they discovered a couple issues: -THERE WERE PARTS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED by carstar. -There were parts that were still damaged and needed to be replaced. -Windshield camera wasn't calibrated, and the camera wasn't even mounted correctly - that's why lane assist/cruise control wasn't working. I felt better about paying over $1000 for the dealership to fix the vehicle just to have confidence in having a vehicle my wife and our baby can safely ride in without worrying. carstar will not leave you with any confidence in their work. I have warned my family, friends, and coworkers to stay away from this company/location, but I need you to know as well. They don't deserve your business or your time. They will FAIL you. They will DISSAPOINT you. And I can almost guarantee that you're going to have to go to another shop to get your vehicle 100% repaired. read more

Not a good place to go and drop your car off, the Service was rude, it took over a week in a half until they finally called me to come in. as well they told me i couldn't get another estimate since i was already there, they tried to pressure me and asked me if they could talk to someone else in my family for me to stay, not a comfortable place to go and get your vehicle fixed after a wreck. read more

After I waited 3 months for my car to be fixed, they broke the window I guess wile fixing it and it rains in my car then the manager tells me it's my fault because I waited two months to pick it up so I guess because I waited 60 days to pay my deductible they broke the window I had to wait 3 months for them to fix my car to start with. Had to reschedule 3 different times with their estimator because he never followed through with our scheduled appointments. I would take off work for these appointments, show up to CARSTAR and he wasn't there on two separate occasions. Each time I spoke to them over the phone I never received an apology for inconveniences and their overall attitude was completely unprofessional and rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I couldn't suggest enough that you choose to have your car worked on somewhere else. I chose CARSTAR because they had the best reviews in town but my experience has been the exact opposite. I'm not one to complain or write reviews but this company is awful. read more

One of the worst shops took my car there no up dates on it took weeks longer then was told was told it was a parts issue ever time I called dont really think it was it more like time management even yelling at me on the phone because I called asking why its taken so long for my car to be done. We used this place recently and they not only gave us a great deal on the bodywork they did, but they also did a fantastic job. While they worked on our car, they gave updates throughout alerting us to how much longer the job would take. They finished ahead of schedule, too, and when we picked up the car, they had detailed it! It was so clean and the bodywork looked great!
