I was quoted 1 price, paid my $50.00 deposit. The following Monday when the Serviceman comes to my job- he was very courteous & polite and begins to replace my windshield. After the job is done I receive a bill that is $53.50 more than what I was quoted. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU GET IN WRITING WHAT THE EXACT AMOUNT IS!!!!!!! Called afterwards and talked to lady A*****y in office who quoted me price and she is full of it! DO NOT USE THEM MAYBE THEN THEY WILL STOP STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Just had a great experience at Clear Vision Glass. I had a windshield replaced. Went to their location only because it was easier for me. They did offer to come to my location. Easy to find, clean, and comfortable waiting area. Fast service, completing the job in under an hour and I was home. Would recommend to anyone needing glass repair. Clear vision glass did a super job replacing our cracked windshield, only took about 30 minutes, Jason was excellent, professional and personable. I don't even know where to begin... I called five minutes before their shop opened to inquire about having a rearview mirror re-attached to my windshield. Amy was super pleasant (especially considering how early it was in the morning) and said to bring my car by if I could get there soon. I headed straight to the shop and they took my car in immediately. Everything was done within minutes. The tech was super helpful and explained everything to me. Selected this place over Safelite for no other reason than I saw they had a couple of good reviews elsewhere on the internet, and also provided mobile service. I was not disappointed. They can also be found under the name Wilmington Auto Glass...I'm not really sure what the deal is with that, but Clear Vision is what's on their vehicles as well. I called on a Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. Told them my vehicle info, and they provided me a quote on the spot. It was about $15 cheaper than other quotes I had received, so I knew I was in the right ballpark. They told me I had the first appointment and the technician would be at my house at 9:00 AM. They ONLY reason this wasn't a 5 star review is because they called at 9:00 and said that it would be 9:30 before someone would be at my house, because they wanted to confirm that I had a covered work area because of inclement weather. I realize this is nit-picky, but hey...5 stars is 5 stars. The technician, Roy, arrived and greeted me in a professional manner. He thanked me for having the vehicle inside and a clean work area. He told me that he would be totally complete in approximately 45 minutes. I gotta be honest...he was packing his van up within 45 minutes, and the job was excellently done in my opinion. I'm no glass installation expert, but it looks amazing and has a lifetime guarantee against defects and leaks. How can you be dissatisfied with that? I will definitely use them again if needed, and recommend them to anyone that needs glass repair or replacement services. read more

I do not want to totally bash everyone at this company because when I called to get a quote for a new windshield for my 2012 kia soul and the person that answered the phone to quote was so pleasant and professional I decided to set up the appointment for 1/10/17. The only other thing that this pace and these ppl have going for them is they are on time,,,,, from the 1st moment the tech touched my car it was a disaster from there he broke the trim that goes down both sides of my windshield and then tells me that it is normal on these cars and the insurance just pays for it. ok stopping here to let you know he already told me that since I was paying cash for the windshield he would be in after the job was done to collect the money, so no need to tell me what the insurance will pay, right. So I ask who is paying for it since this is not going through the insurance, he tells me he will call and get e the prices after he is done. NO this is not how it works! so he calls in to the office and as he is explaining the problem he says its only the Drivers side, I ask the tech to let me talk to the person that he was speaking with and he just walked away so I called the office to ask to speak with someone in charge and the person answering the phone stated that the owner was talking with the tech and would call me back and hung up. the owner Don / Dan ,as I was given two names for him, never called me back so i called at 4:50pm and no more than said my name was hung up on. So on 1/11/17 i called at 8:30 giving them time to get in and settled and the lady which told me she was off on the 10th and was reading what was written stated that she would not help me and there was no one there today that could tell me anything and hung up on me. finally on 1/12/17 I got a call back from the owner which told me that he had call 4 times and left messages all 4 times well one call I can see not showing ,cell phone are what they are but 4 calls not possible, so lie #1 , then he ask what happened and I started telling him exactly with about 10 words said he said let me stop you there that's not what my tech said so that's not what happened , so lie # 2 by person #2,, then he said that the lady that answered the phone on 1/11 told him that was going to let it go and would pay for the trim lie #3 by person#3,, at this point i was very frustrated to say the least and snapped that I wanted the new trim and he tried saying that only if they put in windshield and the price wld increase due to the 2nd trip by 80.00,, well of course as I told him i would bring car to him so it could be done in the shop and be done correctly of course price is still higher than originally quoted,,hmmmmm so At this point there will be no one at this company touching my car again and I wanted the broke trim replaced, because if there is a botched job like this happening like this with trim that one of their techs broke what would happen if something goes wrong with the install of the glass, of course this did not go over well with him an at this point I am getting the drivers side trim that is broken into two pieces and clips that are not going to stay on the trim due the clips that hold the trim on being broken and still in the holes on the car. when trying to explain this to this person he kept cutting me off and telling me this is all that will be done ,,, so needles to say I got a botched job that was incomplete, 2 pieces of broken trim and still have a crack in my windshield and now waiting 4-8 days to get the trim. AND PPL WOUNDER WHY ITS BETTER TO GO WITH CORPORATE BUSINESS, YES YOU MAY JUST BE MONEY TO THEM BUT 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THE WORK IS RIGHT AND THE PEOPLE YOU DEAL WITH ACTUALLY CARE I WOULD SUGGEST DRIVING TO CALIFORNIA BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING read more
