I had no problem paying for OEM glass, they just don't want to go through the effort to do the work. Quit being liars.

After 4 weeks Kia still didn't have a delivery date, so they asked if I want them to fix the existing bumper as best they can and then they would replace the bumper when the new one came in. When I got the car back, I was shocked to see that I couldn't see anything wrong with the bumper, they did an amazing job. As far as I am concerned the car is fixed to my satisfaction and I know that when my lease is up later this year it would pass inspection, but I'm told that the bumper will be in sometime in March and we have to get it replaced because the insurance company has already paid for it. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for all your autobody work. They are courteous, can provide rental cars, and do outstanding work.
